I haven't tried to optimize my timeless jewel, but if I would do that, I would search for some life in priority. I don't think crit chance and crit multi are a priority.

I will update the link for version 3.26 very soon. * Patch notes 3.26 Two nerfs incoming for this build : - Frost Blades proj will deal 30% less dmg - Frost Blades of Katabasis dmg will be nerfed. But the build should remain playable, thanks to the Tincture in particular, and the huge buff from Unbound Avatar.
