Very little changed with the build from 3.21 to 3.23, so yes it is the same PoB. Disregard lab enchants on the items and you'll have to decide which Affliction ascendancy you want on your own.

Edit: There is a Totem Mastery node that is allocated which seems to have just transferred over from pre-3.22 when they changed the mastery from Taunt to Phys attack leech (useless).

The formula for fuses is in the first post, it's attack rate * hit chance * number of totems * duration mod. If you have 6 totems, you need attack rate * hit chance * duration mod to equal 3.66 for 22 stacks.

The question of whether it is worth it is dependent on your build and personal preference. Yes, you can go into the skill effect duration wheel if you're short on your attack speed/accuracy, but you will be making EA take longer to explode and your clear speed will be slower. It's a balance of clear speed vs single target damage.

fuses = attack rate 2.47 * hit chance 100% * 6 totems * ignite duration 3.77 = 56
That seems too high? Is there a mistake in this calculation?

About calculations, if you go to PoB's "Calcs" screen, then set Explosive Arrow and maximum sustainable fuses (skill part line), you'll find a "Max sust.Fuses" line on "Skill type-specific stats".
Mouseover, you'll get the calculations directly from PoB, no need to worry about formulas.

Thank you for pointing that out Headtourist! I saw they had added the max sust fuses to PoB sometime after I had last played this, but didn't know how accurate it was.

Also, the mistake in the manual calculation was using ignite duration instead of duration mod (skill effect duration in game), which is also in "Skill type-specific stats" in PoB.

Pretty sure the most helpful one will be Wildwood Primalist. Some notable charm mods for this build are: accuracy rating on crit, aura all res, mana reservation efficiency, and ele penetration.

Ah yes thanks for all the help about the fuse calculations. I see I'm missing some attack speed. I have it on most of my gear but not top tier rolls. About how much currency should I save up before attempting to craft the bow on page 290 ish?

I would say even with a bit of bad luck you could probably do the actual crafting portion of that bow under 500c. Estimate 100 dreads and 10 annuls if you're moderately unlucky and that'll be about 500c by current prices. Then of course you have the fixed costs of 1ex, 5div, and some chaos. If funds are an issue, don't stress too much about having T1 AS. In terms of max fuses, skill effect duration(downside of slower clear speed) is the same as attack speed, but much easier to access to reach max fuses.

Also, I hope you don't mind, but I took a peek at your build and I would try to work Malevolence in as soon as you can. You'll need the small cluster jewel with Mortifying Aspect and probably have to drop precision unless you get an Enlighten, but overall it will help a ton.
