Yeah, very likely will :D

Notice that you have a LOT more Shock Effect than you need. Like x2 as much almost :D

Static Blows (50% Wheel) + Breath of Lightning (50%) + Unbound Ailments brings you to 65% as it is. Arguably worth considering going over to add Increased AoE to OoS or freeing a link / Culling Strike...

2 Watchstones done, Atlas mostly done, missing quite a few things (implicits for Exposure and a 6L would sure help).

Current Merc is very basic, just Perquil's Toe + Wrath Aura.

Update Merc:
Stormhand is 100% the best Merc type. Mine now has:
Wrath + Purity of Lightning
Sigil of Power (1st stage)
Conductivity (with +20% Effect) = enables free double curse with Vixen's
Ball Lightning of Static (hits very fast, triggers Frenzy Charges from gear)

Gear of Note:
Heartbreaker - Culling Strike
Perquil's Toe - Lucky Damage with Lightning
Vixen's - +1 Curse Limit (you cast Ass Mark)
(Replica?) Victario's Charity - Generate Frenzy/Endurance Charges.
Leer Cast / Crown of the Tyrant - 50% Damage or Lower Res + Flat Lightning.

I'd start with a 3-Dragons with a Lightning Leech corrupt, and then better rare jewelry with DPS mods (cast speed / mark of the shaper combo, etc.).

I'd also look at gems, like Frostblink of Wintery Blast.

Merc is still missing a lot, but it does already more than double my DPS.

Not sure using AG is even a must with how strong these are, Frost Shield or a CwDT setup might be better/easier to use.

Hey CantripN, thanks for the build!

I've had loads of fun with it :) im at the point where I may need to change builds to push my damage up higher. I know im missing running dual weapoms, and while I am able to do all t16 content, I feel my damage is low with a bit of map juice. Can you check if im missing something basic, or is it just the dual wep that will take me to the 10-20m dps range.

Also I seem to only get 10-20% chill on targets, what am I missing :P

Post your POB on the discord, I'll take a look.

My main input would be to upgrade to dual wielding, updating your tree to the end-game version I'm currently using (with or without the suppression points, that's a question of gear/playstyle), and gearing your Merc (big one). Also just better rares for DPS, level 5 awakened gems, LC 21/20, etc.

Probably don't use Inpulsa either, unless you feel like it. It's costing you a TON of defensive power and doesn't feel as big a deal with the AoE from the new Flame Golem for OoS, and esp with Awakened Chain.

Personal choice here, but I think that despite all the hype, Shaper of Winter feels worse than Bastion of Elements. The Chill effect is purely a measure of your lacking DPS, I absolutely do have 40% vs anything if I take it.

My current Merc (Stormhand):
Heartbreaker
Culling Strike
Leer Cast
50% increased Damage
Perquil
Your Damage with Hits is Lucky
Wrath
21% More Spell Lightning Damage
Conductivity (+20% Effect Support, +10% Anoint)
Nearby enemies have -48% to Lightning Resistance
Elemental Weakness (+10% Anoint)
Nearby enemies have -16% to Elemental Resistance
Victario's Charity
+3 to Minimum Frenzy Charges

Can still upgrade into Doryani's, Crown of the Tyrant, Garb of the Ephemeral or the like. She more than doubles my DPS.

I didn't read the whole thread but did go back to March when you began talking of plans for 3.26 so you may have covered this at some point. Would Divinarius be a consideration for a second weapon? Have you ever tested it out?
