just wanted to ask what pantheons are good for this build.
And some things are hard to get scourged with the minus lightning res mod

i got to -150% tho for now.

Looks quite interesting - Any suggestion on what the budget for a build like this looks like.

And when Scourge gone next league, how much is that going to affect this build ?

brah it is a 4000 exalt storm brand guardian... like a purple silverado on 30s that you see at the gas station with neon underglows and a carolina squat this build is meant to be seen and admired, but never duplicated, because any sane person with that kind of money would have bought a ferrari instead lol.

I assure you that it's not buldimg for 4000 ex, the most expensive thing in this bulding is enlight lv 4 which in the league cost 20 ex but you can also use herald of thunder instead of zealots, which will reduce dps but will still be playable

What about use new jewel Melding of the Flash in the build?

yes of course i use it in this league

what's more, I managed to achieve a slightly higher damage than in the league of 3.16, but I haven't finished bulding yet
