Please no, every single league when a item announce with mode "increased damage, increased spell damage, deal more damage" someone asks if it works for minions XD
It does not my friend, never worked, unless an item says that it works for minions, it won't work.

About your example, as yourself can notice they all interact with gems, not to global damage modifiers, so they work for gems, the staff does not change anything about gems, does not change anything about minions.

You don't need to be dismissive.
As *yourself* can notice, it is not a global increase stat or so, but it litterally states it applies to elemental skills. SRS is an elemental skill.

Spell totem's wording says "supported skill deals X% less damage" and apply to minion skills. New staff says "Elemental skills deal triple damage" and doesn't apply to minion skills. This really looks like inconsistent wording. Maybe this is because of the "triple damage" thing as some poster stated, which 100% makes sense although not being obvious. But your "unless an item says that it works for minions, it won't work" argument is plain wrong.
Worst map device mods in history.
Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes simply isn't fun.

A new campaign will be a reason to play again for these people for about 1 league and that's it. After that what? They've already seen the new campaign.

If they can't get used to the grind of PoE, PoE 2 won't change that.

What's there to stack though? You only need what, 6-10k accuracy at most to get the benefits?

You're misreading SRS and don't know how it works.

1) The TOTEM does 30% less damage, not the SRS skulls. It's an innate totem mod.

2) SRS do 30% reduced Added Damage as part of the skill gem itself. That is not the same thing as 30% less damage.

I use SRS totems all the time and they clear just as fast as self cast, other than the fact self cast can spell echo.
