3.16 Critical Strike Whispering Ice! 5M DPS potential 15K + ES potential

well with my gear + buy 5 jewels with 3xMulti mods i can reach on 100 lvl 750k avg xD but without discipline so only 9k +- ES :/
we need some compensation due to nerf of fortify...or build sucks in high end content like 30 wave simulacrums etc
