Patch notes 3.26

Two nerfs incoming for this build :
- The Mana reservation efficiency from Ascendancy will be gone.
- Ephemeral Edge swords will be nerfed, with less added lightning dmg per max ES.

But the build should remain playable, though. I will test it and post an updated PoB link as soon as PoB is updated.

Hi Exiles !

Since its beginning in 3.16, this build has been the essential meme build.
After a lot of tests and trials, I've managed to do this improved version for 3.27

The build is now smoother to play and feels viable in juicy T16 maps, thx to the fast movement and the Beams from Static Strike (you continue to deal dmg while moving).

Details :

- Energy Blade + Perepiteia shield. Best for attack speed. Two-handed E-Blade is just too slow.
- Added Memory Vault armour and stole Radiant Faith from the Guardian to get more armour and ES.
- Since the 4th Ascendancy is useless for this build, I've chosen the Nameless Bloodline to get a 3rd ring. Utility flasks have been replaced with Mana flasks and Tinctures.
- Added Unnatural Instinct + Light of Meaning jewels on the tree, as well as a Thread of Hope.

I just played this as I thought it might be fun but I feel like it lacks a lot of survivalbility in leveling ...?

True, I have to admit it is difficult to level.
I'll need to test that for real in league, to see how to improve that.

In 3.28, I will test the new Transfigured Gem : Static Strike of Gathering Lightning.

Accumulate up to 12 lightning on hit, which last 4 sec. 8% more dmg per lightning = 96% more dps at max lightning. 1 beam max.
My current attack speed is 4, so it is doable to accumulate all 12 lightnings.

This variant will be more useful against bosses.

Regular Static Strike is buffed : Beams deal 30% less dmg (40% before) and last 4 sec (up from 3 sec).

I'm working on some improvements for the build.
Tested Static Strike of Gathering Lightning, but the build is too slow to accumulate all 8 lightnings, so I'll stick to regular Static Strike.

Our grumpy Jedi is in great shape !

Skills have been improved and we now benefit from some interesting Foulborn uniques.
