Decided to try this as SSF starter, cleared act 1 without problems, currently mid act 2. Seems fun so far but again, I haven't even got the actual skills/support gems used ;)

" With the revisions I made, it's actually fine. Starter gear (life/res) with the lvl 90 tree is doing 1-1.5M DPS. With some investment (cluster jewels, martyr, flasks, dmg gear) it gains another few million. 6L Flame Surge is doing a lot of work here. |

" yea just took a look at the new POB you linked... definately still looks fine, but loosing so much ignite dmg is still sad tho :P so far im finishing act 9 and its going really well up untill getting armageddon brand were abit rough since its first time playing and leveling brand char EDIT: also the 7 max brand thing, i actually ended up liking for scourge mechanic... sometimes you end up shifting into it, and being surrounded by alot of enemies, so i just place all 7 around and shift, usually clears everything around me in these situations Last edited by ChilledBones#2087 on Oct 23, 2021, 9:12:53 AM

" Good to hear it's working out. I started the league a bit late due to hardware issues, only in Act 2 myself now. Looking forward to really testing this out. That's good that the extra brands are helping out with the mechanic, should definitely make clear feel good in endgame then. |

Act 2 actually any idea of which support gems can i use with stormbrand for help me in lvling ? I was thinking about add fire damage but we can't get it before act 6 :x

" i used stormbrand with controlled destruction, arcane surge (for easy buff) and a 4th i dont remember... then i also played around abit with flame surge & incinerate for some fire dmg since we have that from passive tree. also used herald of thunder for some more dmg aswell |

" So I'm probably going to revise gem suggestions, I'm currently using Holy Flame Totem and Flame Wall and it scales really well with the tree. It might not be worth using Storm Brand until you get Armageddon Brand at 28. If you're going Storm Brand, I'd advise putting points into the Lightning Wheel instead of the Fire Wheel next to it on the tree. You can use supports such as Added Lightning. Then respec the points when you go Armageddon Brand later. |

Any chance that you'll look through the gear stats and such aswell, since now on with the starter gear it says that the strength required is about 191 (with Kaom's heart) and the build only seems to have 114 strength.
