"Hey KandorasBC! I hate lowering the recovery rate of life. When I map, I avoid that map mod out of personal preference. So even though the 10% life is nice, I'd rather have 5% without a lowered recovery rate. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey limoj! Good question (and ask anything you like)! So, in this game, to stun an enemy, you need to deal a certain % of damage based on the enemy's maximum life. That damage needs to be done in one hit (instead of accumulating over multiple hits). Now, keep in mind we don't know what every monster's maximum life is. When we deal 10% of a monster's maximum life in damage in one hit, we have a chance to stun them. That chance increases based on the amount of damage we deal that's over that 10%. If we deal 50% of the monster's maximum life in one hit, then we're guaranteed a stun. The duration of the stun is also determined by the amount of damage the stunning hit did. The bigger the stunning hit, the longer the duration. Basic stuns are .3 seconds. Only if a stun lasts .7 seconds or longer does a "dizzy" animation show above the monster's head. Ruthless hits, if they stun, are guaranteed to have a stun duration of .8 seconds. Stun Support lowers the damage required to get a stunning hit. So if we have an enemy with 10'000 life. We'd normally need to do 10% of their life (1000 damage) in one hit to have a chance to stun the enemy. Stun support lowers their stun threshold by 49% (let us pretend it's 50%). So that would take their 10'000 life and cut it down 50% (for the sake of the stun threshold). So now we'd only need 10% of 5000 life, which is 500 damage to have a chance to stun the enemy. Stunning an enemy stops them from doing any actions and interrupts the actions they were doing. Does that make sense? In terms of switching the build up, I'll have to leave that in your hands. The beginning of the league is quite bust with replies so I typically only have time to help with guide questions instead of guide changes. But if you're going to keep using HOly Relic, make sure you're using an Attack. It's hard not getting the gear you need/want, but it'll come. Hang in there. I'm glad you're having a good time though. And let me know if there's anything else! https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey tr0gl! I just checked my filters and they all seem to be in working order. Did you by chance "copy" the filter way back when? If so, copying the filter makes it your own and you'll need to update it yourself. If you "follow" the filters, you get automatic updates every time you log in. You could always just copy my new 3.16 filter and make whatever changes you like as well. Let me know if the copy/follow thing was the issue or not. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"It's not dumb at all, caohuycuong! Maim Support doesn't increase Pride's mana reservation. Maim does increase Flesh and Stone's mana reservation (which we don't use). Since those skills are often used together it's common for people to think it's the same with Pride. Maim increases the mana reservation of skills if they maim enemies. Pride does not. So if you have Maim linked to Pride in-game, you'll see that Pride will keep its 50% reservation. If you switch Skitterbots with the golem, you'll see Skitterbots reservation go up from 35% to 42% (or something like that). If Pride's mana reservation isn't 50%, there's something funky going on (like gear mods or mixed up gems or something. I hope that helps? https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

Hi! Thanks for the guide first of all, I'm playing your builds since a few league now. First time with minions, I have a question about meatshield. This makes the zombies run around me, which feels safe, but they only attack enemies if I'm already close range. It feels more of a risk than defensive layer going that close. Am I doing something wrong?

"Hey Matekeszi! Thanks for the kind words! That's wonderful to hear. I'm glad my style suits your style! Thanks for the note :). Meat Shield does keep your minions close to you; you're not doing anything wrong. Meat Shield gives the linked minions A LOT of damage and mitigation. It even taunts enemies! So the con they gave the skill was their proximity requirements. I don't find that to be a bad thing though. Yes we're closer to combat but I find being closer to combat forces me to be less "panicky"; I stay calm and move around slowly, always looking for a safe place to stand. It also is nice as the zombies are forced to follow you more tightly making them less likely to leave you stranded. But anyway, that's my "cup-half-full" view of Meat Shield. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast
