On testing armour feels way nicer but DPS less. There are people who have got the block version to A8 and are loving it now they are block capped. Maybe I was just too impatient

If some Armour feels good, the Real question then is how much of an improvement is spending all the points to make Hybrid Evasion/Armour work over just spending 1 point on Iron Reflexes?

Because you can have it all. I use determination reservation for Armour with molten shell, darkray vector for evasion and mistwall to block. As it is only day 3 and I just got to tier 15 I will comment more later this week. But so far things are very very fine.
Hi! Been playing the build since league start - really enjoying it! Hitting a bit of survivability wall in tier 13 maps, but not to say if I'm just playing shitty as well =)

TLDR; I was wondering: How many "Projectiles Pierce Additional Targets" would you say is necessary for comfortable mapping? Currently making use of the "Piercing Shots" wheel, but looking to spec out of that asap...
2-3, you should look into the lightning strike helmet enchant =)
Hey! League started this (as my 2nd following failed TS Occy, should have known better). Feeling pretty goid just into maps, LS in Tabula, all other links as suggested. My defences are not that great tho, where should I focus to improve on that?
Hi all - could someone describe to me the way the totem setup is working? I see a lot of LS players using vaal anc warchief, anc protector and multiple totem support.

Also, doesn't using multiple vaal skills conflict and eat the others soul gains? Thus causing slower charging for vaal lightning strike

TLDR: VAW has +1 totems (so you dont need multiple totem). Ancestral Protector and then VAW should work perfectly :). (I think multiple totems might make it a bit wonky)

(also not sure if there even is an order to this might work either way

While using multiple vaal skills does conflict, you shouldn't need it for clear and only need it for bossing. Ideally you should have no reason to place it except all at once so it should not be a problem.

One thing I really hate about LS is that it does not hit targets that are in a higher or lower position and you really need to flame dash to them to hit them. Some maps just have so many different levels of terrain and often there are just 5 mobs standing there and not dying and I didn't see through all the effects that they are standing on a higher position. It's great in large, open maps but in narrow maps with lots of obstacles and higher and lower ground it can be annoying.

I also feel quite squishy after my SST gladiator last league but it's just a different play style I guess and still have to improve so much gear. Getting the pierce nodes actually helped survivability as large mob packs die easier now.

LS is a very nice skill so still motivated to plough through the white and yellow maps and get some better gear. Also have to admit that I still need to do uber lab for the 4th ascendancy... that should help a bit as well :)
