Belt i provided just adds another defensive layer and is by no means beneficial to our dmg in comparisson to your provided options, just wanted to know your thoughts.

I found your character on ninja and made my own 3.16 PoB before I found this thread. We came to a lot of the same decisions but do have some differences.

+ Arcane Capacitor as new annoint
+ Int cluster
+ Static Blows cluster
+ Healthy Mind no longer worth it, 5 points for 62% mana is not bad but not fantastic

- 19% CDR is fairly useless if you don't go above the normal trigger rate of Mjölner
- Faster Attacks in main link really boosts Manabond trigger rate and is imho prob. best to use unless you can reach towards trigger limit with 14% cdr without it
- Don't sleep on Iron Will, for 1 point it's worth it
- End game setup would likely have 3 jewels with aura corrupt instead of the aura cluster, but early on it's not a bad choice.
- More accuracy for trigger rate, acc on abyss jewel and

~ Curse cluster is no longer a medium, so you would have to get a small with Unnerve or Cull, will have to see when PoB updates with the new curse clusters.
~ Never fully enjoyed Ball Lightning in trigger so I'm tentatively testing Voltaxic Burst for the corpse explosions it does, not sure.

Absolute end-game of this build you can run the new Squire shield and run Wrath on Arrogance link (might require unset rings) and going really ham on the Manabond damage. Will be fun to experiment with taking this far.


I will be league starting it and will likely level as general lightning skill (Stormblast+Orb of storms etc) but switch to Mjölner+Lycosidae when I can, as soon as I can honestly. Early on you can get a Abyss jewel with 2-3% cdr and get a normal Stygian and craft 12% CDR for the 14% breakpoint. Transition into low-life when I can comfortably reach 6k es or around that. Might try and get the Heist rings with 4 suffixes to get resists+attributes sorted, not as great as a Crusader Paua ring in the end game but still pretty solid choice. Should be pretty decent dps even before Indigon but that's when it will shine.
