Need some advice on where to go next with the Skelly Mage build. It feels like I have kind of hit a damage scaling wall.

Maybe ditch Ashes of the stars for a +1 skeleton amulet? Trick is I'd need to get more reservation on the tree to keep Precision. Also contemplating Breathstealers but it would hurt my raw minion damage and survivability (I think).

Also, how do you link your gear in a post like people do?

I would try a +1 to skeletons, +1 to int skill gems ammy but POB it before using.
Is precision really need for skeleton mages?

Do you want more single target or mapping DPS?

+2 Duration Fleshcrafter is 25% more damage.

Easiest way is corrupt any Fleshcrafter, then socket + link it if you get the right mod.

If you don't mind to lose survivability, you can swap to Flesh Offering.

There is also option of Ancient Skull :P

Breathstealer is good for high density content where you don't move too much because you want to stay near the spores. For example Simulacrum.

For single target, you can craft shock on ring and give AG unnerved gloves.


To link gear, click on your character's face at the top left and it will open the inventory. then just click on the items to add to your forum post :)

Best buff spectres are Carnage Chieftain and Host Chieftain for frenzy/power charges. They can double your DPS.

Yes, it will keep your ES full up. The only problem is chaos damage that goes through shield.

i have a problem with spectre and golem on the Poison Spiders Occultist builld, they die so fast, i have 1 renewal cluster but it doesnt help much. How to keep them alive ?

I'm going to test this update build on the weekend. You can try it first though: https://pastebin.com/Xg3mGhNR.

DPS is almost same, but support minions have 75% more life and 3x more regen.

I had the same issue with golem/spectres dying.

Took some points here and there where i could and spec into Decay Ward.
DPS is a bit lower, but they stopped dying when facing off against those mega harbingers in maps.

going through items in stash and didn't even know i had a convoking wand with a fractured trigger mod. started crafting it and this is where it's currently at :)

If I'm crafting my own helmet, should I pick bone helmet for implicit, or something else and enchant it with new influence? In the latter case, what's the best base?
