No Tora's 2-handed non-crafting bench unveil only mod (still missing in 3.25)

Ok, i am not sure it is a trade site bug or game mechanic bug or just intended to avoid 2-handed weapon to be overpowered

Is it fixed in 3.16 or this 2-handed tora mod is intended to be drop disabled? Or is it a troll that it is included in the game file that intended to caught people that datamine the game?
