Also, if you slow down players speed, by nerfing movement skills, and reducing damage, when you going to remove timers from leagues, that REQUIRES players to go fast, like Incursion, Legion or Delirium?

The mobs didn't get the memo about nerfing damage. If the game is meant to be slow, that has to work both ways. If I can't 1 shot 1 white mobs, they should not be oppressively damaging. |
