These are mostly sony exclusives though, I play on Xbox and shits so mint that I haven't died to a crash in over 3 leagues playing hardcore

PS4 doesn't crash anymore either. Not often anyway.

They fixed it in the middle of Heist league.

I can often go a week or more between crashes, and haven't been killed by one this league at all.

*Technically I play on PS5 now, but the crashing thing was basically the same on PS4 last league too. Infrequent and almost never killed me.

That's good to hear that it's improving over there, still hoping for Xbox Sony crossplay maybe in PoE2 Sony did just say they want to be more open to crossplay.

But I also think we are getting to the point where catering to last gen is going to be really holding back PoE. New gen could probably even handle 3 betrayal encounters and this shit runs flawlessly on series X and as you said you're on ps5 and your gameplay as also improved drastically.

I'm on PS5, and the experience can be pretty frustrating. Nothing says "Fuck you, Exile" like rubberband dashing three times in a row and dying.

Rarely have any issues since upgrading to the series X. No one else I know plays the game. The couple I did quit, likely for good. Nerfs and performance issues, along with the random one shots chased them away for good. They, like me are just waiting for D2R to launch and tide us over to D4.

I still play a lot, but the nerfs along with the streamer privileges debacle have greatly dampened my enthusiasm for the game. By the time PoE2 comes out it may be too late. The more I see of D4 the more I am ready to jump ship. D3 chased me to PoE, but overall frustration will likely chase me back to Blizzard once the new games come out. I don’t think GGG cares about player retention anymore, or community feedback. D3 sucking helped their growth, but they have grown complacent for a while. Maybe D4 will push them again to make PoE feel more rewarding again, and that it is not just about selling a ton of MTX’s the start of each league. I still have doubts PoE 2 will be a smooth next gen experience, just a prettier PoE with the same core issues. Hope I am proven wrong, been on PoE since console launch.

I really want to play on Xbox, but I have already purchased several MTX without which I do not want to play on the console. And re-buying them is also somehow irrational. Ideally, it would be if MTXs were cross-platform.

I’m not seeing anyone in the game, and trade is really bad.
The same guy has been afk at the waypoint for 12 hours.
And no one is in chat.

I will say there are a lot of racist, sexist, homophobic boys in global chat and ggg needs to address it badly.

ya this league seems pretty dead on PS4. There's freezing all of the time now and I'm sure the negative reception helped with it. trade league is pretty bare bones atm.

3.13, 3.14 and 3.15 were the worst. Timer that lead to nothing. Completely silence. Patches that broke the game.
You cant sh*t your pants so many time in a row without a purpose, just by a mistake lol
