[3.15] Fire Burst Elementalist - Use (almost) any skill (or none) in the game.
" Is that actually tested and true? Since the staff says "on Hit" and not "on Hits with Attacks" I've been taking it at face value that everything that "Hits" such as Herald of Thunder, Brand hits, and other spells (ball lightning, ect.) would apply this debuff. I'd be very appreciative if you could find something that shows this doesn't work as it states. My build doesnt use Wave of Conviction as I was assuming for my last 200+ hours on the build was getting this debuff applied. Also, your staff is sick. 12% More damage than mine. although at the cost of 18% block attacks. I'd wager its preference which one is really that much better (if fire exposure works or not depending.) " If you want to start the build from scratch, I'd say pick up a 6 socket fire burst staff; or a base to craft on, slap hysterias into it until you get 1 suffix you want, then start harvest crafting for reroll prefixes - the base could be any staff, whether its a GG synthesis staff, or even just a basic block staff - Personally i went with a quarterstaff with warlord influence for the Fire exposure, hit it and crafted from there while blocking suffix. My first staff was Fire burst with nothing but a single crafted mod - upgraded as I played it. The rest of the gear costs like 10c if you play the OP's template. A bit more for the golem version (mostly jewel costs). I dont use Barek's respite, and Upgraded from Abarath's boots to influenced boots in red maps (movement speed is just better imo). The rest is kind of in your ball park, the clusters for mediums are expensive, if you play golem the larges are also expensive. All in all, if you want a cheaper version, try the OP's template. If you wanna try the golem build its more expensive but just as good with a few extra perks, like immune to elemental debuffs and immune to elemental reflect (if you go that route). |

" Ok so its not one big thing but a bunch of smaller things (plus the big crown presumably). I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing one big thing over a lot of other things which I do know I need to upgrade. Thanks! |

looks like I could be wrong about the exposure mod, might be global. But still, most versions of this build uses wave of conviction which already gives us exposure. It seems like its more QoL, but it uses a dps mod slot.
Yea, if I were going for max block I would most likely drop the ignite base (otherwise wouldn't be able to max block). |

Hello ! I'm a beginner and my question is possibly dumb but.. Can we Use an Inpulsa broken heart as body amour ?
|

" There is a version of this build on youtube that centers around inpulsa and shock explosions. I don't have the link anymore but search fire burst inpulsa and you might find it |

Ypu forgot to mention that your build pretty much is a huge garbage is you dont MAX it. every average mob one hit kills you, your speed if garbage even with pots and all that so you dont have to press any buttons...even then it gliches 60% of the time and doesnt do any damage to bosses. This build is for people with 200+ exalts who are bored with game already and just want to have so confusing deaths and dump all currency in to it. I really do regret spending my few exalts i had in to this garbage build.
Is there some way to downvote these builds? Last edited by quickbotzilla#2322 on Jun 26, 2021, 2:44:58 PM

lol @quickbot: private characters so people can't see how shitty you are at following a build.
Everything you described is 100% your fault, not the OP nor the build. This is one of the single strongest builds of the league, with many defensive layers that keep you alive well into 100% delirious maps. Sure, it's not an immortal build like aurastacking, but very few builds are nowadays. No idea what you are talking about in terms of bosses, do you not get that HoT procs on DEATH and since you aren't killing bosses you need to have something else to proc your bursts (brands). This build is absurdly fast with a few tweaks. Biggest tweak is drop the Unique boots and use a brand. But also, my version uses phase run with 44% quality as well as perpetual full rage bonuses. Add on quicksilver and im flying and phasing through the entire map. Last edited by jsuslak313#7615 on Jun 26, 2021, 7:50:22 PM

" Why should i private anything. Just saying at this point with 4k health pretty much anything 1hit kills this thing, not sure about what defencive layers you talking about...sure ill swap boots for something faster...that will add 15% more speed, but looking at items i still dont have yet gathered, noone of them will give me more survivability. Miniboss at last ascendancy 1hit kills you, boss too....petty much most blue mobs starting from like tier 5 too, ultimatum is a easy way to die too at this point. So you need all those perfect jewels that costs about 10exalts each and cluster at about 15-20exalts. So am i wrong to tell this build only works when you dumped in those 100+ exalts, cos atm its theweakest thing ive played and i really do fail to see what defensive layers you are talking about, as it doesnt have any against 1hit death that happens alot in thisbuild. Just bug exploded at depth 92.... here goes my 4079 health...what defence layers am i mising? :D Last edited by quickbotzilla#2322 on Jun 27, 2021, 6:02:47 AM

" They were saying your characters are private in your profile so they cannot see your build. The original build is a little squishy but I was able to manage starting red maps (up to around T13) with about 2 ex put into the build with the same garbage staff I'm using now. The gems in the POB are adding a bunch of damage but its hardly necessary. Life gems with a bit of damage are super cheap and help survivability as much as those expensive ones. I've swapped to the golem version a few pages back which is MUCH tankier though significantly more expensive due to the cluster jewels. Without being able to see your build though I'm not sure what the issue you're having is. |

@quickbot: what you are saying makes zero sense. I can cobble together ANY build with gear worth less than an ex total and beat eternal lab plus maps up to red tier...literally any build.
Everything you have said points to a personal problem, meaning it is your playstyle (not the build) that's the problem. You can get a decent staff for cheap or craft your own easily, and run straight into red maps provided you have all the required uniques, decently high gem levels and quality, and maxed resists. With 4000 life you should have no problem with anything below red tier maps, unless you are playing like an idiot. Ultimatums are rippy...they are rippy for every build. We have the benefit of passive damage meaning we can just run around in circles and dodge every single hit. But yes, 4000 life you are gonna get 1shot a bunch especially in ultimatums. Beyond ultimatums, not a single boss fight or regular mob in maps should give you any trouble unless you are running ultra crit maps or lowered resist maps. I can almost picture you YOLOing into packs thinking this is a melee build... |
