I would suggest a White Feather themed cyclone just like Veritania's feathers with a bit of Angelic touch

Cyclone Cyclone, a primarily ground effect cloud swirls around the character (who is in the eye of the storm) with moderate transparency. Could leave the ground wet after you stop channeling, and blow around the interactable foliage. Maybe flashes of lightning as it increases in stage?

Cotton Candy Cyclone. Pink and blue swirls with strands of the stuff flying off of you.
Here's a fun idea: When you kill a monster with this MTX, blobs of cotton candy can be found attached to their bodies. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |
