Hey guys, would anyone mind taking a look at my build? Just got awk CoC and I'm kinda lost at what upgrade or gear I should aim for next before going for more awakened/variant gems. I am swapping out controlled dest/concentrated effect for bosses.

18% cyclopean coil would be a huge upgrade. (Might be cheaper to get 15% and upgrade it with catalysts yourself)
Reap enchanted crown wasn't very expensive either and is a nice upgrade.
Maybe some STR on the rings as well.
Better cluster jewels are also an obvious upgrade.

Those came to mind at least. I'm at a pretty similar point gear and build wise.

I switched to the CoC version as well and got some new juicy new cluster jewel with reductions to enemy fire resists.

CoC definitely felt weaker at first and took a little to get used to after the self cast, but now with a little more damage trials and maps feel faster and safer to clear.

PoB is giving 2,4m as shaper dps

I recorded a T13 crimson temple with trials:

One thing to note on COC damage is that POB automatically calculates it with max blood charges. Unless you have some way of pre-loading blood charges (through a weapon swap and a low level reap for instance) you won't have as big of a burst. Loosely I think 0 blood charges is about half of the damage of 5 blood charges for COC.

However you can swap out gems for bosses if you don't mind losing some AOE for damage (since it's mainly one target), changing Cascade for ConcEffect may help, though I don't know how Awakened Cascade does with COC. Never tried it myself.

That actually is a great point, with only 1 charge the dps falls to
Wondering if someone can give me some help with my Reap CoC Cyclone Templar. I followed the main guide but am having major damage issues. I definitely am too weak and I don't know where I should go.

I'm no expert on the COC build but I'll try to give some pointers that could help. I dunno if you specifically mean single target or map clearing damage, but one quick help for single target would be swapping spell cascade for Concentrated Effect or Combustion for boss fights.

First off and most obvious, getting a 6-Link would help a TON. Adding a red socket and slotting awakened added fire or awakened fire pen would give you ~20% damage increase right off the bat. I know it's expensive but that'll always be a huge upgrade. Eventually as you get more and more strength I believe you'll be able to drop Increased Critical Strikes for something more damaging, but for now it's very useful still to cap out crit chance.

Second and much easier: I think you have a couple of hanging skill points that you could reallocate. POB shows an int node just to the right of the Divine set of nodes, and a physical damage node on your large cluster jewel that you could instead use to finish getting Throatseeker.

I don't know if Intensity is necessarily that useful, so if you want to try removing those and grab Coordination + 1 more that may help too for getting some more attack speed and just good stats. Though I'm sure the intensity might be helpful for slightly more AOE.

Finally, and this is unrelated to damage, unfortunately the original build guide post is a bit outdated when it comes to amulet anoints. Method to the Madness looked alright initially, but most people have been switching to either Cleansed Thoughts (if you need more chaos resistance) or Utmost Might (if you're capped on chaos already). You may be able to re-work some resists on rings to help get that closer to 38% chaos and then anoint Cleansed to cap it.

Thanks. I made some changes and am working on getting enough currency to get a 6-link.
Does Awakened CoC's cooldown reduction have that big of an impact when running Cyclone CoC w/ Reap? Seems like a massive (but expensive) DPS increase.
I played this build a bit and came to conclusion that its fun concept but roughly 80ex invested and 3mil dps didnt satisfy my needs enough. Good job making new skill somewhat viable tho! :)

Totally understand that. I think the COC version as laid out in this build does fall off a bit, but can help through early maps.

I will say though, that the self-cast can pretty easily hit a guesstimated* 15-20m dps without too much investment, though it really really needs Awakened Cascade to shine at all.

Besides that, you don't really need Unnatural Talent except to really min/max so it's just Cascade + 6L Ivory + Prism which would get you pretty much done @ 18-20ex? Not trying to convince anyone that it's cheap, but letting y'all know how much potential it can get.

*Guesstimated due to POB not calculating multiple Unleash hits, multiple Awakened Cascade overlap hits, and those can chain together too. My current Sirus DPS is 1.7m without those factored in so it's somewhere between that and 1.7*5 + 1.7*5*4*0.9 (39.1m), so middle-ground would be 20.4, I'd guess my real DPS is probably around 25-28m, and I'm absolutely murdering almost everything.

Non-Boss DPS would cap out at 55.2m DPS, so with that same guesstimation it'd be ~35-40m actual.
