(3.16) NERFED DO NOT PLAY THIS Raider Archmage BF/BB [CHEAP, Tanky, HCSSF viable, (100m+ dps)

Looks great will be starting this one in Ultimatum

So I'm trying to decide between this and Brittleknee's BF/BB Hierophant for a league starter. The PoB for this build is insane in terms of move speed and EHP pool, and I'm having trouble finding a downside of doing this build compared to a Hierophant, which seems slower and with fewer defensive layers.

Can anyone chime in on this?

Ancestral call will help you automatically hit something even if you're not namelocked on it, because you have to hit something to get fortify. I think I prefer using the fortify support there for the increased fortify duration so that you don't have to use it as often. But, I think reasonable people can disagree over using general's cry (don't have to target or get close, but it costs a jewel and potentially two casts), ancestral call, fortify support, or saving the socket for something else.

To have corpses to be able to use General's Cry, so the minions give you Fortify.

Some gear questions:

How highly do we value Replica Mistwall? Do we change to a Redeemer dex/int shield with life/mana/regen/resists/dodge/etc at some point?

Also, Atziri's Foible I assume is only replaced by a near-gg amulet?

Is replica mistwall that much better than the normal version? Im asking because the +75% chance to block spells gets reduced by acro while the normal version just states "you are at maximum chance to block attacks" which does not get reduced (i think)

What should my DPS be while leveing? I'm trying it over and over again and it is bad. Any ideas how to fix that?

Because Filterblade just got its update to version 8.0 and every old loot filter doesnt work and needs to be updated.
