Its a SSF Build so you dont need anything special to get going. All the stuff you find should be easily bring you to yellow maps. With some good drops probably until red maps. You dont need expensive cluster jeweles, the uniques are pretty common and the late game stuff is also not that special. It will only get really expensive when you go for min max.
