On a side note: I've farmed the shit out of mudflats - probably over 100 times in all modes looking for that freaking albino rhoa and have never seen it.

My guess: A stack of 10 CAN go in the map devioce and make a special boss spwan in that map.

At least this is what i heard ... somwhere.

How much do these things sell for?

I'm poor, and really needing to buy new chest armor (that doesn't suck) for my 74 summoner/ice witch. If I farm Rhoas for a while, and get a feather or 3, will I win the lottery?

What are people paying for them right now?

Chaos? A Divine? 3 GCP? A couple Exalteds?

I pay on the order of 3 chaos (1GCP equivalent). Since there is no known use for them, it's pretty much just a complete waste of money, and I will have lost close to 2 exalted by the end of this venture. On the flip side, in the unlikely event that something does happen, the price for them will go up.

Currently, I've only had 2 feathers drop for me. I would estimate the spawn chance of the Rhoa at 1:500 right now. Given the nature of RNG, however, keep in mind that this is a single data point, and should not be taken as the actual rate. It's only a fraction of the amount of data it would take to figure out the true spawn rate. In addition, I haven't been keeping a strict count of the number of instances I've opened on mud flats; it's also possible that a rhoa spawned in an instance that I missed, since the fowl creature is quite elusive ^^.
