I've known about that video for a while, but I wasn't able to include it in the op. I can't verify that the video isn't a mod, and there is no additional information about what he did to acquire the kiwi, so I can't test it. The albino kiwi texture has been in the game for a while, and a rogue exile does have one, but beyond that, I don't know anything else about it. At this time, I think it is the most likely use for rhoa feathers, but I have no further information about it.

Been trying to farm feathers on Anarchy for two hours, I had a couple quick questions. How often do they appear? Can they spawn in Anarchy/Onslaught?

edit: 4 hours and no feathers..

Yeah, a conformation on whether they spawn in Anarchy/Onslaught or not would be nice.
Would make no sense for them not to spawn there too, thou.

I have one on onslaught.

found one of these a day or two ago

I was in the mud flats, saw the albino rhoa and thought to myself "hmmm, never seen one of those before"

then it started running from me and I thought "hmmm, never seen anything run from me before"

killed it, got the feather, now it's just sitting in my inventory until I find a use for it

i can only share Portal gem on Default for expirement, have no feathers.

so it may be vendor recipe with unique(s).

Portal gem is unique item and white, as feather. Also maybe Portal gem should be with 20% quality.

But there should be something more - and i think it should be unique ring or amulet which was in closed beta - and it somehow may be related:
- Araku Tiki - "great spirit comes"...
- Sidhebreath - "the breath of life is yours to give".. so give it to albino kiwi!))
- Dream Fragments - dreams about albino kiwi may come true..)
- Blackheart - only blackhearted dare to kill innocent albino rhoa))
- Andvarius, Ignomon - maybe, but can't feel any relation.

And of course some currency item(s) should be added.

Let's cooperate and test all possibilities!)
