[3.17]⚡Velyna's Storm Brand Occultist⚡ 5M+ DPS Leaguestart | Hidden and Feared Viable

Changed here and there some items and points to get 9 auras now. Gave up lot of defensiv masteries to get nodes for the clusters.

I highly recommend to get determination. It changed so much to my EHP pool vs hart hitter. ES and res is just not enough for that league and without fortify for caster the single solution for me. The hits from scurge mobs and even all other content feals MUCH less hurting with 7000 armour (old 14k armour) and vaal molten shell as a panic button for 9 seconds.

Switched back to profane bloom after I got stormrider/ blast-freeze. I still don't run -res maps or vulni. T16 league is a joke now with 0 deaths after all the changes.

Even Maven is down but I have to say there are other builds right now with much less investment and higher DPS to get such endgame content down way faster. However I just like the playstile of stormbrand.

-remove hydrosphere from wand and put 20% quality on assassins mark

-match the gem setup in the PoB and get quality wherever it adds dps

-medium clusters

-better watchers eye

-better wand

-penetration boot enchant

that probably work but then i'm in darkness again, since i have the mastery of being able to see in low life :( ... know any tricks to get light if i respec that wheel?

You can benchcraft this on helmet or rings for 4c :)

Does anyone have a suggestion on dealing with atziri's damage reflect with this build? I die in half a second

If you havent noticed it, in the god version they respec this mastery:

A little inconsistent, you ofcourse dont need to respec exactly, but now you know where they get light radius

my problem is i specced that node already because i couldnt play in darkness, so i cant spec it to decrease reservation....

Going to try with Amulet annointed with Charisma now

but i see from the god mode one that there is the option to use a corrupt Energy form within jewel.

Iwas was hoping to get a corrupted blood corrrupt so now sure what is the better way yet (charisma & corrupted blood immunity & light from the wheel) or (doomcast and energy within doing the light, and reservation from the wheel)
