[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)
Dear Dead, once again thank you so much for all this content. This topic here is not just a simple POB, but a unique style of play, as well as different tips, variations and development for each moment within the league. I at least came out of a total newbie, even after several seasons, to be able to farm my first mirror in last league.
" Any chance to update "Currency Farming Strategies", specialy Heist Guide? |
|
" The low budget AG isn't too painful to lose. The only "expensive" item he uses is a Kingmaker costing ~50 chaos. Everything else is very budget friendly and combined costs around 100 chaos. I start using my AG when I've got a 20/20 Anomalous AG and my Hungry Loop finished usually. The Hungry Loop ring is enough for an AG to never die basically. You'll also want some additional levels for him through items. +1 from a budget wand is probably enough, might want an Ashes of the Stars but I don't think that's necessary. So basically: - 20/20 Anomalous Gem - Hungry Loop done - +1 wand When I have all that I'll create my first low budget AG. For a higher budget AG, I suggest waiting with that until you have a 21/20 anomalous and a +2 wand, Ashes of the Stars and a medium cluster with Blessed Rebirth and Life From Death. |

" Glad to hear you've enjoyed the guide and that it has helped you join the rich exiles club :-) My plan is to update the currency guide during the actual league. I'll be making a couple of Atlas strategies and write a complete guide for Heist and Alva. That's my plan atleast. Might start on a Heist guide tomorrow, will have to see! |

Looking to try this build, this league!
Thanks for the in-depth guide; bring on tomorrow!! |

" Hope you'll enjoy it. Tomorrow's gonna be dope :) |

Low budget Tank Version Testing:
I spent the day crafting gear for the low budget tank version of the build to see how it plays out. As I expected, it's pretty damn strong. Can tank most things in the game but since it's a low budget build it's not entirely immortal. Just almost immortal :-) The dps is also okay as it beats Sirus in ~1 teleport and takes down guardian bosses in a couple of seconds. I made some updates to the PoB adding endurance charges for even more tankiness sacrificing some HP. Not sure what's better in the end but if people enjoy playing passive minions without dying this is definitely a good low budget option. This block setup can definitely be translated into higher budget versions aswell if people would like to do that. I recorded some photage of the testing. The first video shows some limit testing against a normal juiced map and a 80% delirius juiced map. It finishes of with clearing a normal map. The second video shows a Sirus kill. - Mapping Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcxqChpeWTo&ab_channel=HenrikSwanstr%C3%B6m - Sirus Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prAKUM8_B9A&ab_channel=HenrikSwanstr%C3%B6m PoB: https://pastebin.com/6GuQ6rVj
Spoiler
The PoB profile and the video aren't 100% the same. I was lucky when crafting the gear in standard hitting T1 life + T1 hybrid life on my shield on the first awakened. I'm also level 98 in the videos so got more points spent into life. |

Looks pretty tanky, maybe i try it out.
While League Start its possible to take, Alira and the the 2 Points under the Witchs Life (practical application) to fix the Elemental Resistances? Or what are other solutions? Resis are all ways my Nightmares ^^ Last edited by Dardroth#7044 on May 12, 2022, 3:59:13 PM

" Kill all bandits. I always get practical application early (Like I suggest in the leveling guide). Just makes it so much easier to gear with the +20 strenght and dex. The 13% all res is also pretty nice. Coupled with Cruel Preperations we already get 20% all res from the tree. The first Ascendency note we take is Commander of Darkness for 30% all res so resistances aren't an issue when we level :) Last edited by Deadandlivin#2745 on May 12, 2022, 4:17:01 PM

Just curious why the high budget goes ele in the end? (never get to that point myself but really curious on how it works)
Man so torn between this, the absolution+phantsom build or just RF XD Wish can clone myself to play 3 at one =X |

" Going Elementalist is extremely minmax. What allows you to do it is the new Forbidden Jewels. The major problem with Elementalist is that minions outside of Golems struggle to survive since they lose the 2 levels from Unnatural Strength. Going Elementalist requires very high level, definitely 98+ You also need the Forbidden Jewels. I also had a Mageblood when I changed Ascendency cause I needed the resistance from a flask. That was mainly because I wanted to try Occultist though and they don't get any resistance from the ascendency. Necro gets 30%, elementalist gets 18%. The reason we go Elementalist is simply because it's much stronger, both defensively and offensively. You get Mastermind of Discord which brings your Elemental EQ to -50% cld res which is a massive dps boost. You also get +2 Golems and 250% golem buff effect. This buffs the Carrion Phys dmg aura by 250% which massively boosts all other minions damage. I choose to go with 1 Stone and 1 Carrion Golem. The stone Golem with all the buff effect put me at 1.3k hp regen per second which is super high. So high that I could entirely ditch my Life flask and get a Bottled Faith for even more dps and health regen due to consecrated ground. On top of all that, we get Elemental Bulwark which gives us a shield blocking 2700 elemental damage on most hits. Elementalist is just superior, but it's hard to get all the pieces that allow us to get there. Absolution is a strong bosser due to its high single target. But gotta be honest, it feels very bad in maps cause their clearspeed is F-tier. Maybe could solve that with an Explodey AG though. |
