[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)
I'm at the point now where my minions (except zombies) rarely ever die - but the Redeemer fight is killing them.
When the Redeemer retreats back into the storm, my minions follow her and end up taking storm damage until they're all dead. If I call them back to me, they just run right back out into the storm. Is there a particular strategy I should be using for this fight in particular? |

" Indomitable Army nod and +8 all minion resists from Minion Defense Mastery pretty sure will help you a lot. Veritania is a pain in the ass but soon enough you'll be able to kill her before she can hide and damage your minions. |

" This might sound weird but the optimal setup to run in your helm is: Summon Carrion Golem - Awakened Multistrike - Divergent Melee Splash - Vaal Summon Skeletons Instead of running x1 9-link Minion we run x2 8-linked minions in the helm instead. It's way more efficient and you get an insane dps increase. The problem with Skeletons is that they're annoying to summon, but they're basically only used for single target. They're very strong in Simulacrums too since you don't have to resummon them constantly. If you don't want to run the Skellies, Crit dmg, Multistrike and Melee Splash are the 3 best supports. You should try to PoB skeletons though. They do double the dmg of the carrions in my build. |

" Just find something you like and stick to it. So far I've tried these methods this league: - Heist: Chain contracts into blueprints (Unusual Gems). Made ~4 ex/hour doing that. This is the best strategy early league imo since it's so easy and you can do it with 5 ex invested into the build. - Blighted Maps: ~3.4 ex/hour profit. You can see my breakdown of Blight page 294. I tried to AFK blight on a 50 ex budget which unfortunately was inconsistent. Failed some of them due too low dps (I run my blights corrupted and rare) I used the money from blight to invest into my build now though so I will give it another go. - Legion Farming: Around 4.5 ex/hour profits. Basically running Park/Fields maps in Glen with x3 Maraketh Watchstones and x1 Templar Watchstones. I use Polished Legion scarabs and Zana mod, no sextants. This requires enough investment to fully clear the legions. Harder to do if you lack the 7-link minion helm and +2 wand. You basically just pump legions as fast as you can and kill the map boss. Then you sell Emblem sets for 2 ex per set to Legion Exp boosters. Pretty easy to farm 2 sets/hour if you're efficient. I was running my maps pretty slow while doing fully clearing my maps doing scourge and still farmed over 30 sets of emblems in 2 days. Legion Stones were like 50 chaos when I bought them so pretty cheap to get started. - Betrayal + Essence Farming: This is done in Haework Hamlet and is what I'm currently doing. I've got 100+ betrayal missions saved up and will see how this fares. I'm running 4 Betrayal Watchstones and just running Alleways trying to get Aisling to T3 in Research. 1 Aisling sells for 4 ex. Also getting Vorici white sockets and Div/Harb/Unique Winged Scarabs every run. It's very profitable but requires knowledge how to manipulate the board. - Farm Delirium + Blighted Maps in Valdos: Basically I ran x4 20% Blighted Map watchstones in Valdos with 4/6 Blighted nodes and 6/6 Delirium Nodes. The Map I ran was Wharf. I did this for my Blight Project to farm the blighted maps. You just run Rare Whards with a rusted blight scarab. I averaged ~1.5 Blighted Maps every map I think. I did 50 Whards to get 72 Blighted Maps. Every fifth map you get a Delirium Mirror too which is a huge spike in money. Wharf is a good Delirium Map and pretty much ensures 70-120 Splinters every time you get it. You also get 2 Delirium Orbs on average which is like ~30 chaos per orb. Also requires a strong build since you'll be doing the Scourge stuff to juice up the delirium. - Logbooks: Seems good, alot of people praise them. I don't like expedition so I'm not farming them. I've ran ~10 logbooks this league which I've found and wasn't too impressed. I'm bad at using the vendors and the pure drops from the logbooks are pretty lackluster. The real logbook money seems to be using Tujen and Danning currency. - Simulacrum Wave 30s: Probably the best way to farm money this league. It's just way ahead of everything else. I think it's pretty easy to reach 8-10 ex/hour farming this. Requires a very strong build though. I did 15 Simulacrums earlier on a 60 ex budget. Made 70 ex from that. I was lucky though since I found x2 Split Personalities that I sold for 7 ex each. - Nemesis3 farming in Glen: Apparently the best way to farm money this league or atleast comparable to Simulacrums. I hate this strategy. Rolling for Sextants and doing all the micro management feels like crap. The constant clicking messes with my tendons in my fingers too. Very unhealthy for your hands. |

" I haven't updated the PoBs yet because alot is happening to the build from day to day. This is my latest PoB though with my character. The damage numbers are kinda extreme though as they include Vaal Haste and Vaal Skeletons. PoB: https://pastebin.com/j7kAPkDB |

" Maven is super easy. I just choose not to record my Maven kills because I've literally failed every last memory game since the fight came out. I've done the fight over 100 times too.
Spoiler
But yeah, the fight is easy. Minions don't die to the memory game thing. They're immune to that damage. |

" Thank you! I am enjoying watching your build progress here. I wanted to give some quick feedback for you to consider going forward in the future, mostly so you don't make this mistake yourself. You made my POB for me which was incredible, I now upkeep it religiously. I shared it with someone who is way more experienced than I am, and they pointed out that my damage was hugely inflated because I have mageblood and all of the buffs were on my flasks. So for example, the primal screech was not only getting counted from the flask itself, but the 70% increased effect modifier was compounding that effect. Instead, within Config under "Customer Modifiers" I have put the AG+Screech+minion crit from brittle. My damage seems much more reasonable now / in line with what i would expect. Thank you again! |

Hi! I've tried this build at the league start, but due to low currency, I've got very bad performance. Now I would return to it.
Want to ask about helm, it is enough to get started: and what mandatory items I should buy to make this build going(except tirad grip and skin of the lords) p.s. I remember that this build use a lot of alt quality gems, can you write a list that absolutely mandatory? actually, now best SOL sockets gem color changed? what the best now? Thanks! " For farming blighted maps, I assume you mean the watchstone that says "Blight Chests in Areas have 20% increased chance to contain Blighted Maps or Oils"? I just spent 4 ex on 20% rolls and so far I got 1 blighted map in 7 maps. I understand that 7 is a small sample size but the difference between 1.5/1 and 1/7 is kind of obvious so I must be doing something wrong. I am just alching random t16 maps and apply fragments to them for extra quantity + a rusted blight scarab. Can you explain how you run your maps?
