With 15 ex you can do t16 maps, not confortably tho.
DPS would be fine with 15ex budget, but you would die to scourge a lot.

Yeah it really feels like this build in particular needs quite a bit of investment before it starts feeling good offensively without dying every other map. Almost feels like going Impale Carrion would've been cheaper, but I wonder if they can match the same high end bossing damage with a lower investment than this as well.

I won't be trying this league I think. Will be trying to clear all endgame with this build after some more crafts.

So guys, what is the best combination of spectres? 2 SO and 2 Hyrr's Watch or 4 SO, or 3 SO and CrushClaw.

I preffer 4x SO, if primal crushclaw had decent uptime on his debuff 3-1 would win. But from my experience it really does not do anything for me, if you want that bossing dps just do 4x crushclaw and ditch so.

for my taste the golems do enough single target.

Recently there was a post, where someone asked whether AG's explosions apply his curse from gloves. The answer is yes - I accidentally tested it today.

P.S. never use "Desecrate" on Tolman's arena if you have Crab as a support spectre. Just don't do it.

Those colors are fine.
You'd be running Awakened minion dmg, Hypthermia, Awakened Melee Phys, Multistrike and Awakened Added Cold/Awakened Cold pen depending on which numbers are best.

15 ex is more than enough to do T16 and delve comfortably.
I'd say around 10 ex is enough to do that type of content comfortably.
The content that might be harder on a 10 ex budget is bosses with oneshot mechanics like Sirus and maybe guardians. These fights can be simple if you avoid all the abilities. But if you're unfamiliar with them and get hit you will be tanking porals.

WHen it comes to survivability in higher tier maps it's all about how you're investing your currency.
Hatred Auls is only 4 ex Right now.
If you invest into an Auls and run Divergent Bone Offering you won't die too much to be honest. ~5k life with Vaal Grace, Determination and capped block from Glancing Blows will make you very tanky to 95% of dmg in the game. What may get you is Chaos damage, massive slams from bosses and huge elemental crits.

If you want even more defense you can run Molten Shell by putting Feeding Frenzy on your Spectres instead of Zombies.

The build is squishy when you build it like that. But can be very tanky if you run the correct setup. I got to 98 now because I choose to run that setup while leveling. Most levels were done deathless by mapping when I still was running a Clayshaper.

With 15 ex investment you could simply run a Skin of the Lords for ~1 ex, a minion helm for 1 ex and an Auls for 4 ex as "bigger" investment items. You'd also want to get skill gems sorted with 21/0 on main skills and 20% quality support gems everywhere aswel as Awakened Phys dmg and Awakened Minion dmg imo. Other than that most items you spend your money on are rares with high life, dexterity and resistances.

Once you got this base set up for ~6-9 ex mapping and things like delve become very simple. From this point investments start becoming very expensive though as you'll want the trigger wands and 7-link helmets going. These items take the build to the next level and primarily push the QoL and dps through the roof but come with a heavy price.

Either 3 SOs and 1 Crab or 4 Crabs depending on what you want to do.
Even if the Screech ability only has a 40% uptime with a single crab you really feel the burst dmg once it's up. Usually the crabs save it for when a boss fight begins if it has phases et.c. which makes it pretty consistent.

The SOs do very little single target damage, they're mainly there to clear up white monsters. I think in most PoBs, 1 single crab almost outdpses 3 SOs with the same support gems.

Question for OP - why you annoint Charisma in your neck and still use Lifetap on wand?
