No. Crit GC has more 'freeze lock' potential than this trash. Testing rig: generic non-crit miner, 890% damage, 6-l, lvl 21 freeze mine, all damage supports + proliferation + unbound ailments, Rashkaldor's Patience. 250ms mine laying time, 250ms mine arming time. Missing things: maxed-out Frostbite, freeze duration jewels, freeze duration nodes. On this setup Freeze Mine is worthless. It can freeze a t16 rare mob for a duration less than laying+arming time. Radius is pathetic, even if damage is high enough to instantly shatter a white mob - freeze duration on rares is too low, the skill provides no utility. Even 'full damage' miner can't use the skill without 'damage dealer' in party.

Freeze Mine must be improved
Here -increase duration of ailment 0 from lvl1 up to 60% from lvl20 -increase area of effect 0% from lvl1 up to 40% from lvl20 -Enemies lose 25% Cold Resistance while Frozen(up from 15%) -remove Freezes enemies as though dealing #% more Damage |
