Development Manifesto: Harvest Crafting

Can I opt out of these changes? I quite like the current system, short of the irresponsible trade system.
If the deterministic part of Harvest hurts so badly, and you want players to suffer in fear before exalting things. Then remove beast imprints so the wealthy players also have to suffer from this fear.

Remove Fractured fossils so rare maps and such need to be crafted every time.

remove everything deterministic/ failsafe mechanics wise.
Cause I don't know, looks pretty damn hypocritical to keep those.


You want the playerbase to struggle against ever more powerful and crazy encounters, while nerfing all viable and fun skills into the ground, requiring perfect gear, but then remove access to a semi deterministic way to help you get trough that gear barrier.


Everyone needs to be a constantly dying glass cannon I guess.

from a rare treat with 99% garbage harvest crafts, to a more commonly appearing 99.5% garbage crafts really doesn't seem like fun.

it'll be another bloat mechanic you don't want to engage with. Joy.
well leagues will only be super active first few weeks again.

I have seen significantly higher active users in global/friends list/etc... thanks to harvest crafting allowing end game results
horrible decision. All you had to do was find a way to get people not to trade Harvests and instead you decide to go against the will of 99% of your players.
Wow trying VERY hard to make me uninstall for good.
The only reason i still play is harvest and now ggg want again remove my fun.

Really don't agree with all of the changes you guys are making to harvest. With limited time to play the game during the week because of my schedule, harvest is one of the only things I can look forward to in optimizing my gear. Please don't nerf it into oblivion leading me to quit after week 3 because I don't have 7 hours everyday to grind currency.

You have something that's fun here and brings people back into the fold, really would reconsider some of these modifications. You've already drastically limited storage of our crafts. Please consider working around the current state further, maybe keeping it for leagues and limiting it's effects in standard.

This isn't the solution, Chris.

Gambling currency is absolutely dogshit, especially when you have so many other crafting options that are less punishing. Are you gonna nerf those too?

Just go ahead and delete Harvest entirely while you're at it. The only good thing that league offered has been taken away, so gamblers and traders don't feel left out.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.
