Would you recommend running the tactician instead of a good rare belt?

I think Tactician is not dropping this league, am i correct? at least i searched for it and no result.

Hey, love the build and have been playing it a bit in the past.

I don't really know what all the mana issues is all about since I don't have it at all.
But I would love to know how to upgrade the builds damage since I'm not the best at figuring that out myself.

I feel like Volatile Dead isn't spawning as often as would be needed, however i am currently testing Cremation instead, level 1 can handle Blood Aqueduct, i'll update once i've tested a level 2020 in t16s
