Why is it that the people who aren't spending money on MTX complain the most? Always crying about them fixing the game, you realize it costs money to hire people to work right? If you want them to be working around the clock to fix something that might not be up to your standards, maybe spend some $$$ so they can hire more people. It's a free game, if you aren't spending then you're already getting your moneys worth.

Mtxes and stash tabs are how they pay their salaries, it's normal that they will focus as much on them as on the actual game, as if you do not remember, it's free to play.
I personally wrote ggg too, just a few days ago. It's unacceptable what's going on the trading site, with some items in the stash tabs taking several minutes to be listed or be removed from the listing once sold, indirectly turning innocent players into price fixers that are driving down the prices of the less unique items, as people are attempting to sell their similar or identical items, undercutting other that have already sold theirs, but are still listed on the site; and I'm lucky to even be playing the game as I'm aware that some and users are having issues running the game itself since the update to the textures. But I grow to know the people behind this game and I have experience with other developers that are massively failing compared to what ggg has archived true the years. I wrote them in regards to my frustration due to the situation, in hope that they would have their full focus on fixing this major issue, pointing out that many players like myself have spent several hundred dollars on their stash tabs alone and this inconvenience is compromising my full enjoyment of the game and use of such purchases. I heard some people blaming the aw trade macro to be heavy on the trading site, but to be honest, I do not really see how that would be possible, as it sounds more like an issue with the servers themself, and I would like a clarification on the situation by ggg themself, but it's the trust I have in them that let me believe they are already working on it and once they will have got the meatball out of the spaghetti codes, everything will be working as intended until the next update xD

I understand the point of defending GGG on this is showcasing their MTX sales and they need them but the last 2 weeks by themselves have been COMPLETELY HORRIBLE with technical issues that they are causing with untested updates. To me personally it seems they rather brag about how much work their artist are doing for sells and sweeping the general issues under the rug. I'm in complete agreement with Kadamor this has become garage and they need to make a front page post of how they actually taking the issues seriously. If they can take the time to brag about these RNG lootboxes/MTXs then they can take the time and say not everything is perfect with the game we want you to spend more money on.

How would the game look for a player coming to download it if the front page had news about how they will fix problems?
the front page of the site just shows some stuff to read every few days,it's where the player comes to download the game...
the fixes are in the patch notes and if you miss them on the website,they also show when you start up the game.
i actually like seeing how much they worked on something i spent alot of money on,i got the core pack and used most the points on boxes because there's not much else i could spend the points on... made a calculation without adding the hideout decorations and duplicates and found that i got my money's worth from the boxes... i got everything from them in about 4000 points and everything in there is about 6000 points,not including hideout decorations and i can dual wield both weapons with both weapon effects.

This looks terrific! You guys got great creative artists on your team. How do you work something like this out? Is this the concept of one of your creator or is it the result of some collaboration work?
