Yeah atm im not really using the spiders outside of mapping as i don't like the interaction with how you summon them so i thought it would be better than not having them at all, i think i'll try it and see how mapping goes without them

You have great gear! For singletarget and phantasms sniper's mark is best to switch in for a lot of damage and perhaps vulnerability on ring or gloves also! Enduring bond is interesting, but it works without. For mapping change vile toxins to pierce for much HoA damage. Hehe, I love the phantasms too, hehe!
I'm currently running enfeeble on my gloves wouldn't i also need a second curse on hit for snipers mark?

but i do like your idea for trigger skele's on spell use to assist with having onslaught up too

When you do more singletarget, much bosses are high curse-resistance, so you can take enfeeble out (you need different gloves) and sniper's mark in. Or 3 points whispers of doom, but singletarget sniper's mark is too much damage to skip.

Skeles work, but take Anomalous, they die too fast. Feeding frenzy buff is best for them or also withering touch, but they attack slow.

Or Anomalous carrion golem triggered or tanky spectres are fine, but you need some buffs without spiders withers and damage to get enough damage afterall. A lot set-ups do well.

Onslaught you get with phantasms-support already.

Hi radius,

for damage vulnerability, for defences in maps and ultimatum trials enfeeble.

Hard to advice, both are great, overall try first enfeeble.

For bosses skill sniper's mark is recommended first on cws.

So I want so sum up about this build from another perspective.

I play this game just for the challenges and I have to say it fits really good this league and you can do everything with it (maybe except the feared with 100% aoe, but could just be my lack of skill).

Being able to afk ultimatum and also survive the trialmaster is crucial and this build absolutely allows you to do that even without the broken iron skin and aul amu combo. Being CI and immune to corrupted blood with a jewel is just a blessing in ultimatum (5 or even 6 affixes that doesn't effect this build at all) and the recovery from block is insane.

The only thing I miss is scaling up to really ridicoulos damage without sacrificing a lot of tankiness.

I just hit 98 and only die to ultimatum in delirium maps with sick modifiers, so I would suggest you to skip that.

I didn't buy any gear upgrade since level 95 and sitting on about 50 ex right now, but I see no reason for me to buy the chest with iron reflexes and lose out on my amulet because I would be forced to wear aul's and t19 delis are not my kind of way I like to play... so still immortal enough.

I only played this build so far this league but I guess I will soon start to switch to a fancy aura stacker and have some fun before the league dies out.

If I hit 99 I'm thinking about using this one for a bit more tankiness, what do you think about it?

Yes, the tankyness is extreme. You have to invest much gear- and skillcapacities with amulet, fitting flasks, bodyarmour, mana etc., and of course a lot was nerfed already some leagues ago, ascendancy, stalwaart, shield, HoA, virulences, shaper touch, etc all were nerfed, because of broken op aurastackers, hehe, so I think it's not broken, but one of the most strong guardian and minions set-ups.
Are aura stackers still that op in soloplay like last leagues? They must be much fun too!

Iron reflexes, grace and fitting flask setup increases your defences and es/ block very, very much, with them deliriums or the feared are, mhhmm, easy and you get also there almost unkillable.
The big physical hits (these offscreen ranged hitting ones) or some others like sirus a9 critting you debuffed can still kill you until you get aul's and iron reflexes. For level 98-100 iron reflexes combined with blindings is best.

But I personally also don't have fast reactiontimes, so many lags with old pc, and don't know much bosses good. :-)

In the feared you have to kill Atziri very fast, she is a top bitchbeast and one of the few remaining real bosses for the build and my personal Nemesis too beside maven and stormdrinker in vaal-side-areas, yes. The other feared ones are easy. Choose not the most dangerous mods of invitation and when you get atziri not at last it will work.

Damage is not easy to scale up, yes. With 60 virulences and perhaps slower projectiles on gloves (your's gloves 191 es are impressing) you get a lot damage added, but loose a bit defences. Your gear with your very nice amulett is great also. Very tough decision, depending on your prefered balance of defences and damage. Very interesting!

Of course damage is also scaleable up with hatred, ee and generosity easy to 10 or to 17 mill. and more, but then the build is only as tanky as other HoA builds.
Headhunter is possible too, but I personally don't like the style of speedmapping.


For 98-100 it's not easy, you can take a bit more easy content or need best defences in high content. Some bosses like Atziri or maven do not take in that levels I advice, hehe.


I did most exp 98-100 tanking through high heists - you can take all mobs multiple 2-3 times until exp lowers- with the defensive setup and frostwall very funny and delve and maps too. But I died 4 times of own failures (forgot auras and not deactivating heist trap and sirus a8 without burning ground immunity pantheon and unique boss in vaal side area stormbringer or drinker that f#$@%^). With phase acrobatics level 97 I was still critical 3-shotted sometimes with nemesis-meteor on top etc combined.

Openess is a great mix of armour and es. With phase acrobatics very fine, but I personally would probably prefer enduring composure without iron reflexes or one more pure agony on medium and uncompromising switched on small cluster.

You can optimize your large clusters (rotten claws is great for bosses) and implicits on clusters and jewels in harvest. Belt and rare ring you can improve.
Perhaps vaal grace also without the aura is defensive an almost immortal mod on an unset ring for mapping. Manamanagement with conquerors, watcheeye and doubled blink skills are not optimal. Phase run don't share blink cooldowns when you want speed. Missing igniteresistance is sometimes dangerous and can kill in some content like delve or legions.
But overall your gear is very, very top, it's only critical on top high levels!

After chasing the chest for a while now and saving more and more currency, I finally gave up. Baught 2 Split personalitys, 2 medium clusters, spend 500 alts to craft pure agony and cult leader on it.

The difference in Damage is HUGE. Previously shaper took forever, now he dies in 3 Minutes WITH maven. Slay Monster Ultimatum are over way faster, bosses die in less then a third of the time.

Made the Error doing uber elder with maven, thats still to tough for me. Got them both to 50% with all the maven healing on my first uber elder ever.

Probally will go for the big cluster next when I have enough alts to craft again.

Switch to Soul of the brine king, since I don't die anyway and Stunlocks are kinda anoying.

My Question is about pure agony: Mapping speed is fine anyway, boss damage could be better. But keeping up over 50 virulence on bosses doesn't sound feasible for me. Invigorating Portents would be the best alternative?

Still kinda drawn to 4 cult leader + pure agony, just to delete maps.

Hey Humtol!

Yes, when maven wittness shaper take frostbomb in inventory. I am not sure, but sometimes she regenerate so fast shaper, then you need debuffing with frostbommb on cws, take out frost shield or spirit offering, take in sniper's mark and frostbomb, then it is, mmhmm, easy, hehe.

You get with rare gloves faster casting 55-60 virulence-stacks continious and with another added slower projectiles easy 60 and more no problem.
Take rare gloves with high es, eventually dex.
In "the golden rule" and on page 50 the "golden rule more explanations" are my experiences with higher virulences.

Invigorating portents is not optimal. In "faq" is a new checklist for damage, pure agony scales much better. Optimal is "boss-hunter Edition for balance I guess, but it depends on playstyle and if you wanna grind 98-100.

Sell clusters when you get popular ones crafted on the way, you can make a very lot currency.

Yes, iron reflexes is hard to get in these days, the build is this league much used, hehe, sorry.

Try phase acrobatics. Or imbalanced guard or wind dancer or crit reduction skin of loyal or +1 skill for damage. They will guard you until level 98 very safe!
