aah, okay - for damage take:

- withering step - the instant withers raises damage much while you are elusive
- When you have mana, use dread banner, hatred or shocking skitterbots for more easy buffs.
- Take "damage on full life" as HoA support instead fire damage when you have enough mana too.
- Cold iron point dagger is a good leaguestart weapon when you have some chaos.
- Dex is a problem early, yes, you get it on gear of course or later in "utmost intellect" with attributes mastery when you need more.

cold iron point is over 110 chaos on trade btw
the circle of nostalgia is actually cheaper

Take "increased efficiency" instead former 3.15 reduced reservations instead former 3.13 less mana reserved, ggg changes these stats all leagues, lol:

Yes, for budget take a look at the other alternatives. Cold Iron Point raised a lot in traded prices this league. You get a +1 weapon cheap of course, you can craft yourselfa triggerwand, or the claw for blockings and cwdt is nice too, etc., all listed in first spoiler page 50:

In the updated pob the clusters should be updated. That was before also solely a levelling cluster to get cheap clusters early or when you craft them yourself. Best combination is 1) pure agony 2) cult-leader 3) disciples

why are you using hoa gem level 23 in the pob? It is calculated correctly there, 21 hoa + 2 skin + 3 empower + 2 empower skin + 1 minion

it was noted before on top of build and in the pob-notes, they were simulating 3.16 stats +2 skin of the lords for leaguestart. Here is the correct gear inserted.

I am updating pob with released 3.16 armours today. With correct 3.16 +2 datas 7.3 M are reached fullbock and 14 M fulldamage.

Updated with correct datas for 3.16 skin of the lords +2 levels of socketed gems.

I improved some masteries and pathing-passives in the levelling trees too. Frostshield is added to levelling skills as well.
New: some levelling items are shown in the itemset "levelling"

I added now a permament pob-link which will be updated instead each time new pob-links.
