Correct, i was looking at the wrong wiki lul. hopefully the 60 to 100 is noticeable with the cwc nerfs.

Btw did the added damage effectiveness work on the 3 to 5 base Cold Damage before or is this new? Cause if it's new isn't it HUGE?

How it is worded, it seems the effectiveness always worked on the added damage from int. If so, it is big buff.

Just tested it and it seems like before the added damage effectiveness didn't work on the 3 to 5 but since we only get 100% effectiveness now it's basically the same.

How did you test it?

Get on a witch, equip Whispering end up with 103 int so
If there is no damage effectiveness in the 3-5 then my on hit damage should be
(103/10 * 3~5) * 1.1(increased spell damage) = 33~55

If there is
then it should be (103/10 * 3~5)*0.6 * 1.1 = 19.8~33


And on the character sheet i have 33~55 sooo yea if i made a mistake please do tell <3

So it looks like GGG never actually applied the 60% damage effectiveness?
