[3.19] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Hey I'm feeling very squishy on this build and am not really able to run t15/16 maps with any kind of mods or at all if a conquerer or sirus pops in, any tips? I'm trying to farm for stuff like maxed out cyclopean coil etc., but seems like I'm looking at 1ex upgrades minimum at this point

Edit: Also I just straight up can't take on any of the conquerors at this point, and I haven't even gotten to Sirus yet

Does modifiers like
- 20 % increased elemental damage
- 20% inreased spell damage
affects output damage?

Is there a way to set up the staff skill gems in POB so you can swap the gems and compare numbers? The only way I can find is by socketing the new gem in game then importing to POB. I would prefer to know the numbers on an awakened gem before I spend an ex.

Under skills, create an new skill group with the 6 supports and choose over the window where you add the skill gems "socketed in" to weapon one and it will be added to your ice storm.

Major update for 3.16

It took me much longer than usual to get up to speed in this league. But here we go! Updated the guide and all PoB data up to lv 99.

The build is fully adapted to the big changes in 3.16. Added more block and phys mitigation to compensate for the loss of pre-3.16 defenses. The second anointment (after Tranquility) is now Steelwood Stance. And it's awesome. I feel just like in the good old times - indestructable in just about any maps, even with 200+ stacks of the Scourge debuff.

To trim down the lv 99 PoB to lv 92, just remove the Megalos and Trickery.

Im a little confused. Probably like all the people around i like big numbers in PoB but i cant calculate them myself.
So straight to the point.
When PoB says its around 250k damage per hit and ~~950k dps what does exactly that mean? How many shards ice storm creates?
Kinda confused because im used to normal simple builds like ordinary cyclone where its simple. Additionally on the videos i can clearly see its not 1 mil dps but way way higher. But is it beacuase of storm stacking on top of each other or some other factor?
