Your EE from ring does not work. The safest choice is to use Storm Brand. If you want to make it work with a golem (any golem), you need an abyss jewel in belt with "Minions deal X to Y cold/lightning damage".
Best golem is the chaos golem due to how its attack works. Some guy explained it better ~100 pages or so ago.

You are lacking Malevolance.
You also chose not to go Anima Stone + eminecence. Someome made a decent explaination of to why that's better a few pages back.

Good solutions to increase dps include Transcendent Mind and Watcher's eye once's you get Malevolance.

Also, anoint Growth and Decay on amulet. That's significant boost.

On top of that, try to get gloves with fire DoT. Ideally elevated (20+). It's huge.

Well, it's like putting a Lamborghini v8 engine on a Renault Clio and expect it to behave like a Lamborghini....

If you use someone's PoB that invested a lot in it, make sure you actually have the core elements too.

As you can see, I am not using Malachi anymore either. But that's because I passed the 10M DPS threshold and I could afford to drop it. However, I did use it until level 96 or 97.
I don't think your build is ready for that. If it was, you'd probably be farming fractured maps now :)

Does that make any sense?

Now, I can't really advice you on the specifics, because I don't have bergmichel's pob nor am I familiar with it. He's the only one that can advice you on that.

But let me put it this way, if you look at CAKE's pob and go dual 10ex wand and use his tree, without having the 100ex armor, 50ex watcher eye and the 1xxxxx ex rest of items, you won't be able to kill Sirus, let alone do hardcore content.

EDIT1: I realized we actually don't take phys reflect damage really (somehow was avoiding those maps), so I fixed it in PoB + gonna change it in the spreadsheet.

EDIT2: Slightly modified the steps for several items because I didn't actually know that an item will turn magic if left with 1 prefix and 1 suffix.

EDIT3: Golems cannot proc EE, so going to slightly adjust the setup again. After modifications damage should still be decent but less than before. Also replacing double curse with single curse as it doesn't seem to do much compared to Growth and Decay annointment.



Hey wanted to just shout out how much I appreciate step by step crafting like this. It lets me actually test and use craft of exile knowing wtf I'm even trying to make.

Just a small suggestion and if I'm missing something important as a reason not to lemme know.


The glove craft we're trying to get mods that can be removed/changed with harvest. Using greed essence makes that rolling process wayyyy easier because every roll we start with T1+ life rare. They are pretty cheap and even with 10-20 rolls you can prob hit T1 life and at minimum save yourself a second augment by having the right type in pref/suff slot. Even if you rolled a lot more with remove/augment prices usually 1+ ex each it makes more sense to roll a bit more before starting harvest craft yah?

I'm mid way through my gloves now but it was pretty easy to roll to get an influence prefix, T1 life and removable other mods. Not having to pay for the augment influence... let alone the T1 life was a huge savings.

You're right on essences, I actually wanted to incorporate them into the process, I'll probably update accordingly. Really appreciate the input!
I agree, sometimes it's a compromise between spending 1 ex on the base and trying to craft the impossible and spending 5 ex on the base and actually having a decent chance. Or just getting broken gear for 70 ex. :P
I'm currently farming Zana missions, so I still haven't really devoted much time to harvest, but will start soon.

Wrong. It does work, you just need an abyss jewel that has the affix "Minions dead # to # lightning (or cold) damage".

Throughout the topic you can find perfected tips on how to craft gloves, shield, wands etc. They are just chaotic

Yeah, I gave up this idea because of HH. Btw, I still don't understand how that works. Doesn't, for example, ice golem already has 100% cold barrage skill? What's different about the jewel? I just don't get it.

Lightning / Ice golems fire projectiles. If the golem is positioned between flamewall and target (boss), I believe the projectile will be ignited thus hitting with fire damage. Not cool for EE.

Chaos golem doesn't shoot projectiles. By applying that jewel, every time the golem hits, it will hit with lightning/cold damage thus it applies EE.
So you an just have 3-5 chaos golems and one of them will apply EE on the target.

There is, and it's a decent one. No cluster jewels, no expensive items etc.

If you can't find it in 1st post, look at my posts 1-2 pages back. I answered the same question to another user.

For what is worth, this build is an amazing league starter with the potential to scale big.
