PS...The reason I have 9 hits set for the corpse explosion is because I did some testing using self poison to see how many hits it actually had with awakened spell cascade. Results showed 9 hits with the 30% inc aoe from plaguebringer, 7 hits without it.


I think you are missing the Area level damage multiplier in your corpse life calcs. You can check a level 83 Kitava's Herald as having 115,260 life--Which is what the corpse life will base in a T16 map. Then take that and multiply by your sources of Corpse Life. I, for example, am using 2x Charms and a TWWT jewel with 19-20% corpse life each. So, in total my CL multiplier is 1.68x=in a T16 map my Kitava's Heralds have 193,636 life, a Desecrated Bonestalker (90% life) in the same area will have 28,815x1.68=48,409 life.

Do with that information as you will.
Base life of Monster Level X Area Level bonus X Corpse Life modifiers

How's the survivability feeling in t16s juiced up with wisps?

but I've run into a bit of a problem. I keep running out of mana against single targets.
@SniggidyDiggidy how do you generate mana for your build? mine ended up closer to yours as Gryph's old PoB is hard to replicate

I'm thinking about annointing Essence Sap or Spirit Void, but I'm not sure if
1. that would fix the issue
2. the root problem is lack of crits or something

I cant afford helms with mana reservation efficiency, and I tried allocating Eldritch Battery (since Sniggy's PoB is right next to it) and I got bootyblasted. just by damage. but maybe that was also unrelated.. I didn't have the stun avoidance jewel when I had that allocated 😩

also I had -7 mana for skills on my ring but it wasnt helping so I switched back to a life craft

I run entirely on mana in my current iteration. I'm using a mana on hit claw (10 per hit currently) and tons of reduced mana cost from Inspiration, tree, and flask. But I am also running on CI+Aegis (I was running CI+Staff for a bit, but too squishy by comparison).

Agreed. It's great news really.

It means the 23,422 is only using a 100% average mob %HP modifier instead of the old standard 150%. No idea what the current average should be (it'd take multiple hours desecrating and tracking mob spawns across various maps/tilesets, linking them back to %HP on poedb and then averaging it all out with enough datapoints to have a reasonable confidence interval... I'm certainly not keen to go there and can't imagine too many are given the natural variance involved in maps regardless making it relatively futile) but once I know a given number is on the lower end of estimations for sure I'm happy to use it knowing I can probably be realistically adding a further 20% or 30% damage in practice.

The solution i found for this was using the mana mastery - 10% damage taken recouped as mana, and then also running forbidden rite instead of ball lightning in my utility lvl 1 cwdt. Ultimately though, i switched to eb/mom with the es on hit watchers eye and es leech and there are no issues with es sustain.

Oh wow I did not know about the map multiplier. So then with just the tree max corpse life 10% increase, the weighted average of my corpse life comes out to 48,953.
