Thanks alot for this guide. The build is very fun. I have a short question though, why do we prioritize Hypothermia on the helmet? As far as I can tell we only chill through Skitterbots, and they do not chill bosses (I think). Am I missing something? Also does Immolate have any value on a helmet? Thanks again for the build! | |
" Why should Skitterbots not chill Bosses? They definitely do chill Bosses. And thats exactly why we want Hypothermia on our Endgame Helmet. "Supported Skills deal (20-29)% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Chilled Enemies" Since our enemies are chillid, this is a 29% more Damage multiplierv for us. " I see, I always thought bosses like Sirus could not get chilled by Skitterbots. Thanks for clarifying! I am trying to save up for a better helmet. Probably with +2/3 Levels, Conc and Minion Life. Hypothermia seems to be a bit out of my budget currently (40ex+). But honestly, I am doing 14-16 Maps on a helmet with just level 18 Conc and Minion Life, so damage is decent even with a 5c helmet. | |

Is this truly call-content viable in 3.16?
I'm looking for a build to invest around 100ex in that can * Do all special Maven encounters solo (including Feared) * Kill all bosses (A8 Sirus, Uber Elder, etc) * Wave 30 simulacrum * Uber Atziri * Delve to 500ish * 60% Delirious T16 maps (w/o HH) * Complete 5-way (don't care if it isn't efficient) I'm coming off my league starter Bane Occultist and would enjoy minion builds that still have an active element to them | |
" The Build is viable for all content. I did all the challenges you listed (besides the wave 30 Simulacrum) in the past. (check out section 2. of the Guide, its 3.14 but besides the damage nerfs the Build can still accomplishit) BUT if you are looking for a build to invest 100ex into to do the content (and maybe even enjoy it) I'd recommend to look for an other build, its a league starter after all. If you are looking for a Strong Minion Build you could check out the current Spider build with the new Shield or a Skeleton Mages Build. Poeatlas.app

Is divergent skitterbots better than normal ones for this?

" I'd assume the "Minions have 0.5% increased Effect of non-Damaging Ailments on Enemies" does only affect the Chilling/Shocking Ailments applayed by the Skitterbots Auras. So instead of 19% Shock/Chill we get 20.9% (at Gem Level 20). A higher Value of Shock helps our damage. So yes, divergent Skitterbots are better than normal ones. Poeatlas.app
