Is there a version or particular discussion among the 117 pages where they talk about SSF-friendly aspect of farming?

How does this fare in SSF as a boss-farmer?

I have a bunch of exarch/maven invitations/writs and I would like to farm the Uber version. Just hit level 100. My first league, so mechanical skill might be an issue. Can do Maven deathless now on DD Elementalist but from what I read Uber Maven is much harder.


I also got a bunch of 6-affixes ghastly eye jewels from farming Abyss to 100. What are the affix priorities to put into Darkness Enthroned? Minion max life, minion damage...and then what else? Max life? Ele resist?

The Build is rather trade focused, but can be done on SSF, if you manage to get your hands on a Tavukai.

In general the Build is very viable as a Boss Farmer.

Doing the Uber-Versions heavily depends on either dishing out Millions of DPS or being good at the fights.
The Build has decent Damage, but not like a zHP Boss killer. So you will need to be at least decent at the fights.

Your main focus on the jewels are Max Life, inc Minion Life and inc Minion Damage.
Besides That anything but "Minions Regenerate # Life per second" can be helpful.

Hmm yes I have 5 Tavukai but I think problem for me is being able to craft the gear you listed I didn't do delve so I only have 2 (4-socket resonator) which will be a problem, same for beast I have 200 missions but haven't run a single one this league. I wonder if this will be a problem? Is there a sequence to focus investment, which item slot will give biggest dps boost etc? Starting with Tavukai and basic essence crafted wand.


Really like your guide. Appreciate the depth you go to talk about how to craft every piece of gear. 99% of guides don't do this properly.

You don't need any of the endgame crafted gear to do T16 and normal Pinnacle Bosses.
They are mainly to optimize your defences and get the last bits of Damage.


Your Main Damge comes from your wand, tavukai, Abyss Jewels and Cluster Jewels.
You are fine with a basic Essence crafted Wand to start with.

And I don't have the Spider Aura either.

when you want to do Uber pinnacles though, you'd be better off having some good crafted Gear.
I'd also recomment to checkout poison SRS builds, they have a higher DPS ceiling and can be tanky as well. (But need some unique items, which could be hard to come by in SSF)

I did check it out, but I don't have Sevwred in Sleep or the chagula breachstone yet

Sorry if I wasn't clear but I'm in very much "deep endgame" and I can do t16s and pinnacle bosses with ease (no or 1 death)


What I'm looking for is a Uber boss farmer to get the uber drops and awakened gems. I tried asking on Reddit but was told such a build doesn't exist so I'm coming here for build advice and asking around.


Do you have crafting guide for cluster jewels? If not you got any tips? If this build is not uber boss viable for SSF then thank you for your time. It looked promising when I was reading but obviously I still don't know a lot about POE.

If you are stricly looking for a build to do Uber Bosses, I'd likely choose another one.

The SRS Bomber is meant as a league starter witch enables you to do all content, but isn't meant to farm anything specificly.

have you checkout some shockwave totem build? Afaik those are good Bossers. (But I don't know how SSF viable they are.)

Afaik it is possible to get the Poison SRS going without the Sword, but you will struggle to get enough damage for Ubers. (Since you also want the Unique ghastly Eye)

Unique Ghastly eye? I got really lucky and got Amamanu Gaze on my second abyss boss fight (even without a single atlas point) way early in my run.

I just got 30 chayula shards from a timed chest in Syndicate reward, so I got a breachstone now. You got any recommendation for a guide? Balormage perhaps? You sound like you have done that build before. I'll get out of your thread after this to avoid derailing it.

As I did the Build, I din't follow a specific Build, since I transitioned from SRS Bomber to the Poison Variant. I just looked at poe.ninja what people where using.
But I think Balormage is a good starting point for the Build.

It is a good build :-)
Its just not meant for what you are looking for.
The Videos show the regular Pinnacle Bosses, not the Uber Versions. FOr the Regulars the Build is still absolutly viable.

It tried to give an impression on who the Build is for right at the start of the Guide:

This Build is mainly aimed for casual players that like to stick to one Character within a league and finish the Atlas and Pinnacle encounters with it.
This Build is not meant for T16 Delirium Juicers, High Speed Farmers etc.

You can do almost anything with this build, but if you want to efficiently farm a certain content there is likely a Build that is far better suited for it. So most of the time the Answer to the Question "Can this Build farm ..." will be "Yes, but there are likely Builds that are better suited for it."

The change does not seem to change the interaction with Minion Instability, so no 40% Damage nerf! :-D
