Just from looking at ur gears.
You can get more ES from body armour, shield, %inc ES on amulet, ES on ring.
Then a lvl21 discipline.
Oh and you didn't quality your boots XD

Happy with the spectre variation of this build, but wanting to take it further. I have about 500EX to spend on upgrades, what would be the most value upgrades I could get?

Also, I'm currently only at 6283 ES which I really want to be more, maybe closer to 7k if not more. Are the 2 Conqueror's efficiency gems that I am currently using the best for ES gains, or are there better ways?

Thinking about it, you need to annul it anyway if you want trigger on it. I've bricked afew wands this league doing it. The safer option is just to leave it as it is.

With a suffix free, you can craft prefix cannot be changed, scour the wand and keep the prefixes. Then multi mod it and add back your minion attack speed and craft trigger. Which still needs you too annul off a suffix.

Id annul hope for the cast speed or movement speed. If you hit either cast a trigger and be done. If you hit minion attack speed then scour the suffixes and multi mod it back on. Annul any prefix is painful and a +gem is a brick. Gl

Edit: the multi mod option cost afew exalts, 3 ish.
