Frenzy>Power for minions, so 2 Frenzy 1 power is better if you don't want arena master.

The most budget way would be stay lowlife build, take off golem commander
Use the points into other places and use the spectres in your 6 link.
As for what gem you use just try poe ninja people with rise spectres with vicious projectiles. They most likely are using SO.

To price rares, you must first ask what build or main skill will use this?
Then poe ninja build look if anyone uses that skill and if your item is similar to what they use.

Price of everything depends on the basic law of supply and demand.
If you want to make mirror tier items in the future, I would suggest you first perfect fossil it to have 30% quality.

I don't know if you will have enough skill points for a third voices.
Think the max is just a large with two mediums, unless you have 1p or 3p voices. (Can't see what you have with the mobile)
But I know a character name called WWR he is also a scion golem who went for the third large cluster.
Maybe you can download his POB and import some cluster jewels to yours and see if the higher %aura gives more dps.
I think every 25% aura will give the witch ascendance a dmg boost.
Also I'm curious but how much impale chance does your golems have with your setup?

i dont know where to look to see my impale chance. the character feels strong. almost immortal. dmg i dont feel the need for more sincerly. i kill sirius very fast. almost intsant phase it.yeah i know if i get the money for to buy voices 1p it will better...but that are very expensive don`t got the money for them yet. and i wanted to know if it`s worth it to make the change to the third voices now with 3 voices with 5p or to wait till i get the money for 3 voices 1p

From your POB, choose Calc > SUmmon carrion golem > tick show minion stats.
Then it should show you the stats of your carrions.
Currently you are on 81% impale chance.
If they attack the same monster it wouldn't really matter that much.
But it will take a little longer to ramp up the impales if they where all attacking sperate things. So increased %aura would help with this.
From your POB you can also choose an aura in Calcs and under it will show threee orange boxes. The middle one will have your aura effect.
Currently you have x3.24 = 324%.

A few things you should do in POB:
- Tick bottle faith in items.
- Edit on your AG onto your amulet
- Also Edit on the alt quality effect of both Div clarity and Div pride cause
POB doesn't calculate them

Also you don't really need 1p, 3p voices to improve the build.
Instead of a third 5p voices, why don't you consider using a well rolled large cluster jewel that you only need to invest 5 points into to reach the medium jewel sockets. Like the one in my tree.
If you do change for more %aura I would highly suggest you aim to get 400% and use Trancendence keystone, you may get it from a militant faith timeless jewel.
It will make your character really really tanky.
So tanky to the point you will realize you can do no regen maps.

i see you are using skyforth, how it is with it in maps, sirius, because i didnt want to use it because of that no life regen that i get from it.
i got an good large cluster jewel with minion dmg that i can use it in the third spot and 3 aura cluster jewels with % aura increased that i kept, but i have to get rid of all nodes that i took for minion life, because i was afraid of losing the animated guardian. did your animate guardian have problems, like beeing close of dying??
