Elemental Cyclone should be straightforward - have one MTX purchase and then have MTX determined (Lightning, Cold, Fire) by which element the player does most damage with over a recent period.

Summon Carrion Golem needs the love here. The only two mtxs we have don't match any of the ones for Necromancer staples.

I Vote Toxic Rain.

Wish there was some kind of submission system for MTX from community.
You could give 500 Points for micro-transactions on any that pass a quality check and get accepted.
We could get alot more then, I am sure there are people who would be willing to spend huge time on it just to get the matching colours/themes they want.

90% would be crap, but the 10% that would pass would be more choice for us and more money for GGG or Tencent.
