If you for some reason can't import there is likely 2 reason, either pastebin removed the link or you don't have the community fork PoB version.

You need to check every node in the range of Brutal Restraint's.
If not enough, you need use Divine Orb and check again. You can get 10% dex or more dex if you lucky.

Hello there, I have problems trying to get more damage than 10 mil in my build. CountVladimirll is my path of building thingy, if you could (anyone) check my level 95 AtaraxyIce character and tell me what to do would be greatly appreciated since I got no idea on what to do. Thank you

Some improvements you can make:
1. One of your rings has no dexterity.
2. Ambidexterity anoint would save you 4 skill points.
3. You also have one wasted skill point above Herbalism near frenzy charge.
4. I'm not sure how much dexterity you have from your Brutal Restraint, you want minimum 1,5k total dexterity.
5. Awakened Melee Physical damage will give you intimidate for extra damage.
6. Why do you have Soul Thief allocated instead of Resourcefulness?
7. Additional impales with hits using pride Watcher's eye is massive dps increase.

What's are the best mods when you wanna opt for the crusader mod explode for a rare chest?

I highly recommend getting the mini head-hunter (jewel) for this build.
Makes you zoom zoom all content.

Plus the exploding chest so you explode everything while you zoom.
