[3.12] Hollow Frenzy Raider [10-40mln DPS][All content][Budget friendly][Potato PC friendly]

Hello, I'd like to share my Hollow Palm Frenzy build.
I've used @Mathil's Frenzy guide as a skeleton to make this work.
This build focuses on stacking dexterity for the damage increase from Hollow Palm keystone.
With the current gear I have arround 1,6k dexterity but way higher number is possible.
This build can be utilized with Raider and Champion, with different benefits and demerits.
This is my first posted guide, so if you're lacking some information please feel free to let me know.
I'm planning to add full champion options and leveling tips.

Dexterity stacking mechanic:

While we're unencumbered we gain 14 to 20 Added physical per 10 dexterity.

You're unencumbered when you are not wearing gloves, shield and weapons.
I strongly suggest to turn off auto equip feature off while playing this build.

PRO'S & CON'S:

+ HIGH DPS - from 10 to 40+ mln.
+ Boss killer - destroy bosses in few seconds.
+ Fast Heist farmer
+ Cheap to start - requires only 1 unique to make it work.
+ Fast and mobile - up to 200%+ move speed and 400%+ attack speed.
+ Great for heists - fast, evasive and can deal with elites in seconds.
+ Good melee range for optimal clear - 7+ melee range.
+ Fairly tanky - 6k+ life, and 30k+ evasion.
+ Freeze immunity
+ Chilled, burning and shocked ground immunity.
+ Low visual effects.

- Can't crit without investing into rigwald's curse.
- Physical reflect hurts.
- Elemental resistance caps - harder to manage due lack of gloves, shield.
- Socket hungry - due lack of gloves, shield, weapon.
- Need to hit something to gain speed.
- Low visual effects.

Raider vs Champion:
Spoiler

Both ascendancies are pretty strong with this setup, but in the end it breaks down at clear speed and bossing damage.
Raider provides higher speeds so clear is way more enjoyable.
Champion provides extra impale damage and higher defences together with amazing adrenaline buff so it's greater for bossing.

Spoiler
BODY 2G 4R sockets:
Spoiler

Divergent Frenzy
Anomalous Impale
Divergent Fortify
Multistrike
Anomalous Melee Physical damage
Divergent Melee Splash[CLEAR] / Divergent Brutality[BOSS]

Clearing synergy:
Frenzy has +2 melee range, Anomalous Melee Physical damage gives you +2 more, you get + 2 from skill tree and +1 on amulet.
With all this range you can reach enemies further than your Flesh and Stone aura, and all those hits splash making clear smooth.

HELMET 4R sockets:
Spoiler

Divergent Pride
Divergent Dread banner
Herald of Purity
Anomalous Enduring Cry / Anomalous Steelskin

Enduring cry gem for bosses and other hard fights. I use Anomalous version for warcry speed.
Steelskin gem used for heisting and just running maps.
You use this on your move left mouse button slot to auto cast it while moving

BOOTS 3R 1G sockets:
Spoiler

Anomalous Flesh and Stone
Anomalous Maim
Vaal Ancestral Warchieft
Dash

It's very important Flesh and Stone is linked with Maim support.

TIPS AND TRICKS:
Spoiler

Ugrade priority:
1. Brutal Restraint - you want to get at least 60dex and 10% increased dex.
2. Watcher's eye
3. Cluster jewels with added dexterity

Clear:
Build has decent clear power and speed, but if you feel like it's lacking you can always add ancestral call support.
Generally you want to dash from pack to pack one shoting them.

Great build, such wow, much mazing
Hey op, can you add a video to see the build in action?
I'm interested, sounds like a good fun build!
Will update build with some media soon.
I like this, might switch from Ice crash and try this.
Just made it to maps, really enjoying the build so far. I leveled through most of the campaign with infernal blow and I'm missing the corpse explosions, but frenzy is still insane without them.

It's possible to get explosions with Crusader/Redeemer influence mix on a rare piece with increased dexterity and explode mod.
But that's very expensive.

this is not a new build.

we also have a massively powerful iteration of frenzy hollow palm here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2848778

for ultimate murderousity check out my tree on my lvl 99 in std.
i run with 7.254k hp and i use some insanely strong cluster jewels.

i also would recommend awakened ancestral call support instead of splash gem. i used to run with both but then noticed at my attack rate it didnt matter much if i didnt have splash dmg. only place i still use splash gem is in simulacrum
Shitysushi - Arrow shooting build.
Sendeliriante - hollow palmer

Hello I've checked the thread it has similarities, but seems like build owner abandoned it as it's stated in important tab.
It's using outdated cluster jewels with Deep Cuts and No Witnesses that is extremely powerful for any impale and dodge builds.
Checked out your character too it's pretty nice. Tough 2 extra impales while using Pride watcher's eye is expensive I would like to test it out too.
Will try out Awakened Ancestral call, but so far the new quality Frenzy and Melee Splash feels good to me.

Thanks for input.
The build feels nice to play; much faster than previous hollow palm builds I've tried in the past which focused on cyclone instead of frenzy. It does take a bit to get used to frenzy's range and if you are leveling using this build I'd recommend buying the alt quality gems outright before you start rather than using the gems you'd get from the vendor, they make a huge difference in terms of the range of frenzy.

For leveling, getting an astramentis and one with nothing jewel will easily carry you to maps.

Balancing the resists out wasn't a huge problem since you can stack almost all of your resists on the rings.

The one recommendation I'd make is using the cluster jewel node next to point blank rather than the one near acrobatics since you'll get 8% evasion rating rather than the unused 8% projectile damage.
