Jeff, heres my deal:

You stream Path of Exile (PS4) on Twitch, if you reach 10 hours without one single crash, I'll donate 100 bucks to a charity of your choice. I bet there are several people here who would like to join.

"OuR AnALytICs sAY oNe crASh evERy 10 HoURs"
Time pass different on australia. In America, is one crash every ~45m; as long as you don't play leagues...
Your post in the 'X' thread has been removed for breaching the following clauses of the Code of Conduct:

● Needlessly negative
● Antagonistic
I'll match you on that for real.. such BS they are perpetuating. Being my first experience with POE I feel like I got scammed out of my money.

I haven't seen a truly "crash issue" problem with PoE on Xbox since Delve.

However, PS4 customers are getting shafted, it seems, with PoE's/PS4's performance.

For XBox, performance has radically improved since it was implemented. I started on XBox with "Abyss" league. There have been, here and there, some very "chuggy" moments, but not much in the way of constant crashing since Delve in my experience.

PS4 has issues... GGG needs to fix those problems. But, after that is done, one's performance is really going to depend first on the health of one's internet connection and then, perhaps, one's chosen build and it's playstyle. That last variable can have an impact, especially if it's including new features/calcs/visuals that haven't been polished.

PS: PoE recently moved to include Vulkan API. That's a good thing, IMO. For... Vulkan compliant systems, that is. XBox is, AFAIK, fully able to make use of the Vulkan API. AFAIK, the PS4 doesn't have native Vulkan support, but their current API is supposed to be better for their environment. They have announced that the PS5 will include support for Vulkan, though.

Lol 10 hours? Has not been a single day since PS4 release you were not crashing more then once every 10 hours when actually running something. Think they looking at the data and forgetting that all those players that have 10 hours + without crashing are afk market bots.
So yeah I have characters on both the PC and The Xbox versions of this game and yeah once i started getting to heist maps level 40+ the avalanche of bugs and crashes unloaded. The PC version seemed to be worse off for me so I have stopped playing that version and probably won't go back to it. If you can crash a Threadripper powered machine with a Titan card and lots of ram with the game on a NVM drive even turning the settings down to medium., well there's a problem there. There's no settings to really change on the Xbox one version so its by design. So currently by design most of the ranged attackers in the heist maps can still shoot through walls, respawn in ways that only 6 minion builds partied together could do and gee always attack you with whatever you have the lowest resistance to. I like the concept of heist in theory., but I have never played this game to talk to other people, meet up with other people. It has always been for me a dungeon delve to see what I can do. So every league I try to find my own gear and go through the league. Sorry guys your vision of fun and mine are way off. Maybe you shouldn't base your game off all the twinked(min/maxed) characters but the entire populace. I remember on day one of this league in the first 6 hours someone had capped their level already. Sure If i had 5 botted characters perfectly kitted out doing exactly what they were programmed to do I'd level a lot faster and make all sorts of achievement. That's not fun for me. Nor is watching literally 4 copies of 3 different gold border characters and 10 adds for each one cover the TV screen effects that the console crashes or i very literally lag-death because the Xbox can't process all the particles you programmed and then lose all the loot that i carefully purloined from the map. "working as intended". I go back and forth with this game maybe when the 3090 is widely available and I have next years tax return I'll be able to play this game so I can see it. Only time will tell.

If you're going to rage about the game, at least be honest.

The very fastest league-start level 100's take days, not hours.

The very fastest times to complete the 10 acts are still multiple hours (this league it was 3 hours on SSFHC on PC, not sure about non-HC, but it was probably about the same). It is literally impossible, at league start, to reach 100 in six hours. Even in a highly skilled 6-man group.

Were you looking at PC players 6 hours after console League start? Because the PC players had been playing for several days at that point...
Make it big.
GGG devs, I'd like to donate 1000 bucks if you have 1 crash during 10 hours play.
If not, buy me a PS5.

Crashes are ridiculous frequent even before going to map than past leagues.
iam new on Heist League ... Currentliy in Story Mode Akt 8 ... in this Time i had many Crashes.

Last Time in 3 Hours 5 Crashes...

I have the feeling that the larger the number of mobs and the more effects are added, the faster errors appear

But this is the first time that I have such massive problems in story mode ...
So far only with Map or Delirium

Every 10h only "1" crash ---> "Is this an out of season april fools joke"
