Thanks a lot for this. I am actually very surprised. Why? as you copied build and didn't bother with cluster. So I don't know where the damage comes from. I know your gear is way better so my assumption is that this scepter with +1 Fire skills and your health and ES give that much damage that you can handle T16 maps?

how you handle bossing? did you try shaper, elder or uber atziri?
and most important how is your EE EO working? in my case ball lightining was not being released that often and not criting that often to really work. This section is mystery to me. Isn't RF itself hit them first making them more resistant to Fire? (that part of build I don't get)

RF doesn't hit. Just so you know, as that is a big part of the build and why certain things are the way they are.

OK I did a thinking about this and I think it was my flame dash that was hitting monsters with fire. Now I removed it and have shield charge so I should be good.

how is the ball lightining working for others. I actually am considering adding another button to my play and maybe cast it or/ storm brand myself and linking increased crit chance to it as I am reading on the webs that EE and EO are actually providing huge benefits...
Have been having fun with the build! Thanks Wrecker.

But now I am at T14+ maps and getting killed with juiced up maps. :(

I went with what someone else posted earlier in the thread with the Cyclone to get fortify and keep inspiration charges up, and also to apply some type of elemental damage for the EE. And it helped me survive up to this point. I think the next thing I need to focus on is getting my Chaos Resistance up, but unfortunately thats going to take me redoing almost all my rare gear lol.

I also keep getting killed by the Conquerors. If I run out of potions, I'm dead by a DoT usually. Anyways, Damage is good. With Vaal RF I am getting close to 4 million DPS. Have about 6.1K health.

Yeah its the best one for a mix of damage and survival IMO.

Then I have divine judgement on my boots for straight damage.

I never bothered with cluster jewels. I didn't like them from the start and I just keep ignoring them. They are not necessary for the damage of this build. The damage Righteous Fire deals scales with your Life (and Energy Shield) amount. This build has a decent amount of life from the skill-tree (and every piece of gear should have a good life roll, too).

The damage also scales with the following mods:
- fire damage
- burning damage
- damage over time
- area damage
- multiplicator for fire damage over time

The skill-tree provides enough of it to enjoy T14 - T16 maps. If you can get even more offensive power from your gear (for example jewels with % life / % x damage), it's even better, of course.

I didn't try neither Shaper, nor Elder, nor Über Atziri, nor Sirus. I don't like these fights and I ignore them most of the time.

To make good use of the EE it helps a lot to squeeze in the Frostblink gem as a movement skill. It only deals cold damage -> perfect for the EE. Ball lightning is triggered quite often. It's just a level 1 Cast when damage taken... even my golems are triggered often enough, and they have a level 20 cast when damage taken.

EO isn't crucial, I think. It's just a nice bonus you get for your damage from time to time. It's not active 100 % of the time, but I can see its icon often again (for my purposes).
Overwhelmed by Path of Exile? You might want to have a look at Wrecker_of_Days' beginner-friendly guides. One-click-wonders that do not require any specific items to conquer the campaign and the Atlas: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2606288/page/1

Started this as my 3rd alt of the league (I just love a change of pace), and at first was terrified because the build barely shows up on poe.ninja. But after reading a few responses, I feel like this build is a hidden gem! We'll see how it goes!
Hey Reklaw!

ha ha! That's very kind of you to say! I hope you enjoy the build. It's awesome once it's all fleshed out. Thanks for taking the time to be kind :).

So far so good, my third char this league - first was Chaosslinger (still works), second was a Bladestorm Gladiator - but this one, oh boy is it fun. So far up to T14 maps with no problem. Gear is partly crappy I guess, I need to color this thing here...

Here's my current gear.

Also I'm really unsure about using Infernal Cry instead of Enduring. The only downside I see is that it can trigger EE with fire res - but I guess the cwdt lightning ball takes care of that. I'll run a few maps with it.
Awesome Patsn!

I'm glad it's been smooth sailing for you! I'm glad it's fun :) You have great gear! I'm looking forward to hear what you have to say once you have the gear you want ;).

I think if I was to remove Enduring Cry from the build (cause I hate the 8-second cooldown, I'd either have Immortal Call linked to Inspiration or simply self cast a lightning spell with Inspiration.

Thanks for the kind post. I appreciate it.

I played your "Slo Mo Zombies" build in 3.10 and had a great time.
Your video's of Bone Zombies build shows zombies, but the POB is all Golems????
Where are the zombies? This one looks more like "RF Happy".

Here is the link to the zombie guide. Have a nice day!
Thanks Caligula_Exile!

Hey DumboWizarean!

I'm glad you liked the Zombie build in 3.10! Mixing up links is easy to do. PoE is busy business. Just this league I moved the Slow-Mo to my Occultist build and the zombie build is now pure zombies. The link given to you is for the 3.12 zombie build. If you liked the Slow-Mo, click on the links to my one-stop-shop and you'll see the link to the other builds I have.

Thanks for your kind words!

My AnnabelLee_ is playing tier beefed up 14 - 16 maps without any problems (no matter if influenced or not). She can do incursions in time, survive syndicate encounters, she defeated two Elder Guardians and she is a nice Delver as well.

There is just a small handful of map mods to avoid:

- no life regeneration, of course
- decreased life/mana/energy shield recovery isn't recommendable, either
- decreased maximum resistances is painful, but can be done, if you are playing careful

It's a very enjoyable build. Have a good time!
Awesome Caligula_Exile!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad it's been so fun and efficient for you :).

Hey Suporex!

As you get into more difficult circumstances, your EE and as a result EO will trigger non-stop. Enemies will do more and more damage and will proc those mechanics more. Gear of course does make a big difference. It's a long grinding game. The gear will come. In terms of damage, you have a few things to be patient with: you gems need to level, you'll want a 5 link (or 6 link) eventually), and fully ascending helps too. All of this takes time but it's important to remember what you're missing too. It'll come.

Lastly, the links that you changed in your gloves really change how the build functions, both offensively and defensively.

If you like the build, hang in there. It's solid. But if you don't like it, don't feel like you have to play it. It's best to have fun. Just remember that it's a grind no matter the build.
