Will Harvest Become Core Path of Exile Content?
They have had 7 years to make a working game and crafting is way to rng, trade system broken, encounters like delirium, monoliths constantly 1 shotting you after timer runs out and unfreezes. You need a proper crafting system allows players to choose the skill they need or at least give them time to research skill or recipe and allow it to be applied to current item OR to swap an existing prefix/suffix with a new chosen suffix/refix the game is to rng sick and tired of finding gear with +1 to life, ele res etc pog. At least allow a timer for encounters like monolith ends unfreezes so you dont get instantly 1 shotted as it always lags for a few seconds then when it unfreezes your dead no explanation most games tell you what you die from 7 years and still you don't have the most basic essentials like that very say and poor. Finally after all this garbage you add xp loss on death seriously who's brain dead idea was that? You had the right idea of adding 3 modes in the start to give new players or players who dont want xp loss. if they want a harder challenge they could chose hardcore or a 3rd level option. If you are earning 1% xp a map how can you lose more than you have earned? At most lose what you gained for that map so it is like you never did that map not lose hours of progress? Were is the incentive or reward in doing that? Don’t punish your customers if they want to be punished they can play hard core or chose a harder level. You should play last epoch and get some ideas from them they are in beta and already way ahead of poe. You can tell they have put proper thought and not just thrown in random rubbish like ggg does with for example chests, 1 map has 50 chests all over the place? Seriously? how bout adding a chest drop after a rare boss is killed or follow last epoch lead by limiting chests to areas near bosses or areas people normal don't travel to on map to encourage all map exploration. Wait until they add multiplayer goodbye poe.

worst league in my opinion, zero quality of life till you finish a layout and then break the game with ridiculous crafts... doesnt make any sense pick up loot from the floor anymore, my filter was like only currency almost ZZZZZzzz boring... i mean put new mods (implicits) in rare items like synthesis but dropable anywhere with huge packs of monsters like delirium or something like that... stop doing this kind of "SPEND YOUR DAY IN A GARBAGE MECHANIC" idk what to think anymore

Agreed the Harvest should not going core in its current state. However, as a SSF Player, this is the first league I was able to push forward my character without relying on luck, this was very satisfying and I hope deterministic craft will go core into the game. Thanks GGG

i believe this is definitely the right decision.
i've enjoyed and i'm still enjoying the harvest content very much. but it saddens me to see all the people grabbing their pitchforks because they fail to see the long term effects of what an easily accessible crafting system like harvest would have on the game. all they hear is that they are losing something short term and don't think far enough about the long term effects. personally i was also very sad when synthesis did not go core. but synthesis having only been my second league i probably lacked the perspective. and in hindsight it was probably the right decision for synthesis not to go core. although i absolutely loved the complexity of building long reward tile-chains and trying to get nice imlicits by synthesising items. just like harvest - it was fine for one league but probably not so good to become core content for the future. that being said i was happy to see some of the synthesis stuff having made a comeback in some sort of form. im very thankful that GGG interacts so much with the community. but please do not get discouraged by all the salty people who lack perspective! you guys are doing a great job! keep it up! |

Game gets boring when you get to end game if your only goal is progression. You got there. Congrats. " It has very little to do with any of what you assumed. It has more to do with the fact that people like being able to play builds that depend on rares and good items rather then the same unique-focused half a dozen niches that casuals have been allowed to play through most content for the past couple year while any other build is gated through thousand+ hour currency/trade grinds or rng crafting insurmountable. All they need to do is simplistic down all harvest mechanic and it's good to go.
(I'm pretty sure most who not like this league either 3rd party site or g.seller since i can get any thing i want with ease this league *since I mostly play meme build* compare to every others old league since 1.1.0) |

This league makes no fking sense then, why was it even released. It brings nothing to the game if deterministic crafting does not become a part of the base game...
Not everythingnhas to get that 10% treatment, you know. |
