Alss 1 question, what default price cluster jewel and jewel with mana reserv in league?

i dont see even a single jewel for sale with rmr %, how to get one ??

This build going to be viable for 3.12 Heist league, without requiring mirrors worth of crafts?

You have to select the one that says IMPLICIT in the front - the modifier is Increased Mana Reserved with a -1 as value.

You can alt spam into int/effect - then imprint regal slam for t1 es... won’t have regen/es probably but it will work fine.

alternate quality smite, zealotry, wrath, vitality,purities,precision,anger gives some buffs. but harvest craft will be missed for amulet, boots and cluster jewels...bases should be cheaper with delirium on zana device, tough. and with some rmr (on wrath and precision, also vitality may reserve less now) you should need less corrupted jewels

on a low budget, would guardian be the better alternative?
