First of, great guide, playing this as my starter this league. Got a quick question though, why steelskin at lvl 11, why not go for 20?

i am struggling with t15+ maps and heists

" I'll be honest, I'm not following this build - but I am playing GC miner and have read the guide. 1. Withering step doesn't seem that great. You don't have the belt enchant, so I don't see the point. 2. Ming's heart is terrible..like for real. The difference between this and a t1 life ring is ~300 life (depending on the number of %life passives). Pass. You could just buy another ring with a decent life roll + flat cold to spells/attacks which will provide a comparable damage boost without sacrificng a ton of your limited life pool. 3. Weapon is not great. You can get between a 5-12% damage boost with a 40-70c weapon. I'm also not sure whether frostbite on hit works, if it does - fine. If it doesn't, you can also try and find a weapon with an open affix for trigger socketed spells to autocast curse.

A 6-link chest. Even a corrupted 6L with a decent life roll will help you out here. 5. You should be taking phase acro if you aren't LL. 6. Anoint your amulet.
