Prices on Ps4
" This is false. The prices largely reflect the ignorance of the player base not the avialbility of items.
" I wonder why bro [Removed by Support] who is gonna go farm high level content when the game cant even hold act 4 without crashing with all sounds off I MEAN COME ON what type of a game forces you to turn off all sounds to make it run "better" hahahahaha [Removed by Support]. And even that doesn't work :( Last edited by Lisa_GGG on Jul 13, 2020, 2:48:36 PM

" Not to mention all the bots on pc farmin up div cards and stuff also bringing the prices on of down even further
" You are only partially correct here. Players don't have access to the same tools and price checking, furthermore they amount of bots/price fixers/competitive/analytics all support a stable and accessible economy. We have none of those things, and a smaller playerbase. On top of they majority of players are doing casual playthroughs meaning that, one month into a league, they may reach endgame. Furthermore since PC can (not always) support multi-player efforts, you'll find that its much more of a collaborative effort. This is not the same on console considering the game can barely run on its own, let alone support multiple players. All of these factors lead to an inflated, unstable, and gated economy, not "ignorance". While their is most definitely an apparent greed in pricing the argument can be made that they are also saving for items that are equally inflated. Furthermore RMT players( meaning players who actively sell their currency for real money) benefit the most from this inflation, so its not going anywhere, and also sets the stage for other players to match or undercut prices that don't actually reflect a real market value. This issue falls solely on the developers refusing to look at console economy as a separate entity that needs its own balancing decisions, and the lack of enforcement on TOS, which is also very apparent on PC. If balance changes directly made towards console happens, as well as support of analytics and enforcement of TOS, we could very well have a stable and accessible economy.
" Only when talking about lower tier items like rares and cheap uniques. When you get to the really expesnive stuff pricing begins to make a lot of sense |
