Unlike ele resists, the physical reduction on your tooltip isn't the physical reduction you really get. Your 90% phys protection is probably more like 30% or 40% for the big slams. No matter what 1000 armor will never prevent more than 100 damage. So if you are getting slammed for say 10,000 physical, then you would need 100,000 armor. So armor is always helpful to stack.. and basalt and taste of hate will always be good flasks, because they both ignore armor values, and mitigate physical damage directly, not only does that make the armor you do have more effective, but it also applies to physical damage over time. For me what i do is activate all my flask and vaal dicipline when im jumping inside a huge cluster of mobs and i would run in circles until my minions clears them up, rinse and repeat ................................... For AG question if my AG has 3 curse limit can i self cast the 3rd curse like temporal chains?
